【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本考案は押し下げヘッドに関し、
詳しくは、液体注出ポンプの上下動するステム上端に装
着させる押し下げヘッドに関する。

【従来の技術】
【考案が解決しようとする課題】従来押し下げヘッドと
して、ポンプのステム上端に嵌合筒部を嵌着させること
により装着させ、該筒部内よりヘッド前面に開口する注
出孔に至る流路を形成してなるものが一般的に知られて
いる。従って、従来のヘッドでは注出孔が常時開口して
おり、そこに埃が付着する等好ましくない事態が生じ
る。
【０００３】本考案は、上記した従来技術の欠点を解消
した優れた押し下げヘッドを提案するものである。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】本考案押し下げヘッド
は、上記課題を解決するため、前面に一端を開口すると
ともに、他端をステム６上端への嵌合筒部７下端に開口
する流路10を有し、該流路10前端を嵌合孔部11として形
成するとともに、該孔部11後方に大径のシリンダー部12
を連設させてなるヘッド本体２と、上記嵌合孔部11を貫
通して前後動可能に嵌合させるとともに、外周後部に上
記シリンダー部12内壁面を液密に前後動する摺動部13を
突設し、且つ、前端外周に開口部周縁に係合する係止突
起14を突設してなる柱状栓部材３とからなり、上記柱部
材３の後端面とその前部周面に各々開口を有する流通路
15を設けて、該部材３の前方突出状態でシリンダー部12
内と外部が連通する如く構成した。

【作用】図３の状態から、ヘッド１を押し下げると、ス
テム６内より加圧された液が流出して栓部材３を前方へ
押すため、図１に示す如くシリンダー部12内と外部が連
通し、栓部材３の流通路15を介して、その前部開口から
液が注出される。
【０００６】使用後は、栓部材３を後方へ押し込むこと
で、流通路15の前部開口が嵌合孔部11内へ収納され、元
の注出孔閉塞状態に戻る。

【実施例】以下、本考案の実施例を図面と参照して説明
する。
【０００８】図１〜図３は本考案の一実施例を示し、図
中１は押し下げヘッドを示す。該ヘッド１は、ヘッド本
体２と、栓部材３とから構成している。
【０００９】ヘッド本体２は、楕円筒状の周壁４上端縁
より頂壁５を延設するとともに、頂壁５裏面中央より液
体注出ポンプのステム６上端に下端を嵌着させる嵌合筒
部７を垂下させ、又、該筒部７前面上部より前方へ、該
筒部７内と連通する水平筒部８を延設し、この水平筒部
８前端に注出口９を開口している。そして、上記嵌合筒
部７下端開口により上記注出口９に至る、密閉された通
路を注出液体の流路10として構成している。
【００１０】又、この流路10の前端部分を小径の嵌合孔
部11とするとともに、該孔部11後方に大径のシリンダー
部12を連設させている。
【００１１】栓部材３は円柱状をなし、上記嵌合孔部11
を貫通して前後動可能に嵌合させ、注出口９を閉塞して
いる。又、外周後部には上記シリンダー部12内壁面を液
密に前後動する摺動部としての環状ピストン13を穿設し
ている。更に、前端部を拡径してその前面を半球状に形
成した形状の係止突起14を穿設して、この突起14を上記
注出口９外周縁に係合可能に構成し、栓部材３の押し込
み位置の限定をしている。
【００１２】又、栓部材３の後端面と、その前部下面所
定位置に各々両端を開口する流通路15を設けて、栓部材
３が前方突出状態でのみこの流通路15を介してシリンダ
ー部12内と外部が連通する如く構成している。
【００１３】尚、上記各部材は全て合成樹脂にて形成す
ると良い。

【考案の効果】以上説明した如く本考案押し下げヘッド
は、既述構成としたことにより、非使用時には栓部材を
押し込んでおけば注出口を嵌合孔部内に収納させること
が出来るため、注出口への埃等の付着を防止することが
出来、又、使用する際は、従来のヘッド同様に押し下げ
るだけで自動的に注出口が開口するため取り扱い上もい
たって便利である。

  1. 【請求項１】前面に一端を開口するとともに、他端をス
    テム６上端への嵌合筒部７下端に開口する流路10を有
    し、該流路10前端を嵌合孔部11として形成するととも
    に、該孔部11後方に大径のシリンダー部12を連設させて
    なるヘッド本体２と、上記嵌合孔部11を貫通して前後動
    可能に嵌合させるとともに、外周後部に上記シリンダー
    部12内壁面を液密に前後動する摺動部13を突設し、且
    つ、前端外周に開口部周縁に係合する係止突起14を突設
    してなる柱状栓部材３とからなり、上記柱部材３の後端
    面とその前部周面に各々開口を有する流通路15を設け
    て、該部材３の前方突出状態でシリンダー部12内と外部
    が連通する如く構成してなることを特徴とする押し下げ
    ヘッド。
