間15は存するが、その合流部分の上流側では第7図に示
すように通気空気15が非常に小さくなったり、あるいは
管内がすべて排水で満たされて通気空間がなくなる場合
がある。そのように通気空間がなくなったり小さくなる
と、その部分から上流では、排水器具1からの排水流下
時に、排水管自体の通気管としての機能が阻害され、管
内圧力が上昇し、排水器具1の封水トラップが破れると
いった問題が生じる。
