ように、管継手を消失模型鋳造法により製作する場合に
は、消失模型の段階で適切な壁部21bを形成しておく
ことにより、前記逆流防止壁11を容易に得ることがで
きる。なお、上記壁部21bを開口部21aの片側ある
いは全周に形成することにより、前記1/4周タイプの
逆流防止壁10(図4(A)参照)あるいは全周タイプ
の逆流防止壁12(図4(C)参照)を容易に得ること
ができる。

に固定される。また、当該受け口30と管継手本体31
の取付け座31aとの間にもパッキン36が介装されて
両者間の水密性が確保されている。このようにして取付
けられる別体型の受け口30の、管継手内方側の開口部
30aに沿って前記と同様の逆流防止壁30bが形成さ
れている。この逆流防止壁30bは図6(C)に示すよ
うに開口部30aに沿って逆U字型に形成されている。
しかしながら、この受け口別体型の場合も、前記と同様
必要に応じて大便器排水が衝突する側の片側にのみ形成
してもよく、あるいは開口部30aの全周に沿って形成
してもよい。
