Abstract
Description
前処理モジュール160は、流入する水を粒子フィルタおよび活性炭のベッドで処理する。
ROモジュール170は、逆浸透の影響により、前処理された水から微生物、発熱物質およびイオン性物質などの不純物をろ過された水から除去する。前処理された水はポンプによって加圧され、浸透圧を克服するためにRO膜を強制的に通過する。RO膜は、例えば半透膜である。これにより、給水とよばれる前処理された水の流れは、排水の流れと浸透水の流れに分けられる。一実施形態では、廃棄水を、第一廃棄経路および第二廃棄経路の一方又は両方を介して通すことができる。最初の廃棄経路は、RO装置に再びフィードバックされるために、ROポンプのフィードウォーター経路に戻る水を廃棄する。再循環した廃棄水はRO‐装置への供給流を増加させ、RO‐膜のスケーリングと汚れを最小限にするためにRO‐膜の廃棄側を通過する十分な流量を得る。2番目の廃棄経路は、排水を廃棄するよう導く。これにより、廃棄側の濃度レベルは、適切で必要な浸透液濃度を得るのに十分に低くなる。供給水が溶質の含有量が低い場合には、ドレン流の一部をRO膜の入口側にも還流させることができ、それによって浄水装置300の水効率を高めることができる。
後処理モジュール180は、浸透水からさらにイオンを除去するために、浸透水をポリッシュする。浸透水は、電気脱イオン(EDI)装置又は混合床フィルタ装置などのポリッシャーを用いてポリッシュする。
接続状態中、システムはセンサを試験し、EDI装置をチェックして、アイドル状態に進む命令が受信された時点でシステムが準備されていることを確認する。接続状態は、例えば治療前部160内の一定のコンポーネントのフラッシングも含むことができる。
この状態では、浄水装置300は、戻り流体導電率測定(新たに調製した透析液を試験する場合)又はサイクラー20からの新たな供給製品水要求のいずれかを待っている。
稼働状態では、浄水装置300は、ディスポーザブルセットの蓄積バッグ66に製品水(例えば、サイクラー20によって要求される容量)を供給する。

- 浄水を生産するための浄水装置(300)であって、
―浄水流を生産するように配置された逆浸透装置(RO装置)(301)であって、供給水を受け入れるように配置された供給口(301a)および浄水出口(301b)を含むRO装置(301)と、
―供給水を前記供給口(301a)に送り出すように配置されたROポンプ(450)と、
―前記浄水流の一部を前記RO装置(301)の下流の第1点から前記RO装置(301)の上流の第2点まで再循環させるように配置された再循環経路(375)と、
―浄水を前記浄水出口(301b)から製品水ポート(128)に搬送するように配置された浄水経路(371)であって、前記再循環経路(375)の下流に配置され、製品水を前記製品水ポート(128)に搬送する製品水経路(371c)を含む浄水経路(371)と、
―前記再循環経路(375)内の浄水の流量を調整するように配置された制御装置(305a)と、
