Abstract
Description
該パッケージング材料は、4超、特に4~25の範囲、特に4~20の範囲、より特に4~10の範囲、最も好ましくは4~8又は4.0~8.0の範囲、例えば5~7又は5.0~7.0の範囲、のβ比=CO2TR/O2TRを有しうる。
パッケージング材料、特にポリマーパッケージング材料、例えばポリマーフィルム、を用意すること、
該産物を用意すること、
パッケージ容積を画定し且つ該パッケージ容積内に該産物とパッケージ雰囲気とを収容する、閉鎖されたパッケージを、該パッケージング材料及び該産物から形成すること

透過速度試験が、ジャガイモデンプンから誘導されたコポリマーのブレンドから、可塑剤を用いずに押出成形によって作成された、25マイクロメートルの厚さのポリマーフィルムで実施された。供給源材料は、EU Directive 2002/72/EGに従うものであった。該材料は、EN13432及びASTM D6400に従う、食品と接触しても安全な生分解性フィルム材料として販売されているものであった。該単層フィルムは、熱的に溶接可能であり、ホイルラップ、バッグ、封止トレイ等としての該パッケージの形成を促進した。幾つかの試料が試験された。全ての試験試料は、まだ穿孔されておらず、無傷であった。
一連の試験パッケージが作成された。これらの試験において、様々なタイプの呼吸する産物が用意され、前述の装置及び方法を使用して、パッケージング材料としての様々なポリマーホイルにパッケージされた。それぞれのパッケージング材料に、制御されたサイズの1以上の微穿孔を設けると共に、酸素の為に該パッケージの最適化された透過速度を全体として提供するように決定された、該微穿孔の開口面積を提供することによって、各パッケージが、CAPパッケージとして形成された。各パッケージのそれぞれの開口面積は、パックされることになる産物の呼吸速度を測定し、パッケージされた産物の量、パッケージング材料の量、該パッケージにおける該産物の体積、パッケージ容積(該体積及び該容積(volumina)は、該パッケージのヘッドスペースを決定することを可能にする)を考慮に入れることによって、決定された。各タイプの産物の為の該CAPパッケージは、製造後に、冷蔵条件及び制御条件下で保存された。産物の質に基づいて、適切に訓練され経験を積んだ技術者から構成された試験パネルによって、保存期間が決定された。
Claims (12)
- パッケージに収容された呼吸する産物、特に野菜、果物、ハーブ、香辛料及び/又は花、を保存する為のパッケージであって、
前記パッケージは、
前記産物とパッケージ雰囲気とを収容する為のパッケージ容積を画定し且つ
前記パッケージを制御雰囲気パッケージ(CAP)に形成する為に、前記パッケージ(1)を取り囲む雰囲気とのガス交換を可能にする少なくとも1つの穿孔(3)が設けられたパッケージング材料、特にポリマーフィルム(1A)、を含み、
前記パッケージング材料は、水蒸気透過速度(WVTR)、二酸化炭素透過速度(CO2TR)及び酸素透過速度(O2TR)を有し、
前記パッケージング材料の前記WVTRが、100~1200ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲であり、
前記パッケージング材料の前記CO2TRが、1000ml/(m2.24時間)超、特に1000~15000ml/(m2.24時間)、であり、
前記パッケージング材料のβ比=CO2TR/O2TRが4超、特に4~25の範囲、である、
前記パッケージ。 - 前記パッケージング材料の水蒸気透過速度(WVTR)が、100~1000ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、好ましくは150~800ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、より好ましくは250~700ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、最も好ましくは400~600ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、である、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記パッケージング材料の水蒸気透過速度(WVTR)が、100~1000ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、好ましくは700~1100ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、より好ましくは800~1100ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、最も好ましくは900~1000ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、である、請求項1に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記パッケージング材料の二酸化炭素透過速度(CO2TR)が、1000~12000ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、好ましくは2000~10000ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、より好ましくは4000~9000ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、最も好ましくは5000~8500ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記パッケージング材料の酸素透過速度(O2TR)が、500~4000ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、好ましくは750~4000ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、より好ましくは900~3000ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、最も好ましくは1000~2500ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記パッケージング材料のβ比=CO2TR/O2TRが、4~20の範囲、より特に4~10の範囲、最も好ましくは4~8の範囲、例えば5~7の範囲、である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記パッケージング材料は、10~200マイクロメートルの範囲、好ましくは15~150マイクロメートルの範囲、より好ましくは20~100マイクロメートルの範囲、最も好ましくは20~75マイクロメートルの範囲、例えば25~50マイクロメートル、例えば25~40マイクロメートルの範囲、の厚さを有するポリマーフィルムである、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記パッケージが制御雰囲気パッケージ(CAP)であり、前記少なくとも1つの穿孔が、微穿孔であり、又は複数の微穿孔からなり、前記微穿孔は、1平方ミリメートル未満、好ましくは0.5平方ミリメートル未満、例えば約0.25平方ミリメートル、の開口面積を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記パッケージング材料が、生分解性、好ましくはまた堆肥化可能、である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のパッケージ。
- 前記パッケージング材料がポリマーフィルムであり、前記ポリマーが、天然産物から製造され、及び/又は実質的に生物学的な過程によって製造される、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のパッケージ。
- 呼吸する産物、特に野菜、果物、ハーブ、香辛料及び/又は花の1以上、の少なくともいくばくかを収容する、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のパッケージ。
- 呼吸する産物を保存する為のパッケージを製造する方法であって、
パッケージング材料、特にポリマーパッケージング材料、例えばポリマーフィルム、を用意すること、
前記産物を用意すること、
パッケージ容積を画定し且つ前記パッケージ容積内に前記産物とパッケージ雰囲気とを収容する、閉鎖されたパッケージを、前記パッケージング材料及び前記産物から形成すること
を含み、
前記方法が、
前記パッケージング材料に1以上の穿孔を設けて、少なくとも1つの雰囲気成分について前記パッケージの所定の透過速度を決定し、そして、前記パッケージを制御雰囲気パッケージ(CAP)へと形成すること
を含み、
前記パッケージング材料は、水蒸気透過速度(WVTR)、二酸化炭素透過速度(CO2TR)及び酸素透過速度(O2TR)を有し、
前記パッケージング材料の前記WVTRが、50~1200ml/(m2.24時間)の範囲、又は100~1200ml/(m2.24時間)であり、
前記パッケージング材料の前記CO2TRが、1000ml/(m2.24時間)超、特に1000~15000ml/(m2.24時間)、であり、及び
