Claims (15)
- ガスタイト性を増加させる流動性および生分解性の第1のコーティングをセルロース含有基材に塗布し、これを固化してコーティングを形成する、コーティングされた基材を製造する方法において、動物性および/もしくは植物性のワックスならびに/または脂質で主に構成される第2の防水コーティングを前記第1のコーティングに塗布することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記第2のコーティングが、
・亜麻仁油、
・カルナウバワックス、および/または
・ビーズワックス
の成分の少なくとも1つを含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第2のコーティングが、
・20~30重量%の亜麻仁油、
・40~60重量%のカルナウバワックス、および
・30~40重量%のビーズワックス
を含有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記流動性の第1のコーティングが、水と、
・セルロース繊維、
・カゼイン、
・乳清、
・寒天、
・オオバコ殻
の成分の少なくとも1つとを含有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のコーティングが、30~100nmの範囲内のメジアン径を有するセルロースフィブリルおよび/または5~20nmの範囲内のメジアン径を有するセルロースフィブリルが水に溶解したナノセルロースを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコーティングのセルロース含有量が、2~10重量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のコーティングを塗布する前に、前記第1のコーティングを乾燥することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のコーティングを、2つ以上の別々の塗布プロセスで塗布することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記塗布プロセスにおいて、異なる組成物を塗布することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
