Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
複数個のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数個のバッテリーセルを収容し、前記複数個のバッテリーセルの両側に内部冷却流路が設けられるモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの両側面に備えられるベンティング開口と、
前記ベンティング開口を覆うように前記モジュールケースの両側面に取り付けられ、所定の温度以上で溶けることで前記ベンティング開口を開放するシート部材と、
前記シート部材と所定の距離で離隔し、前記モジュールケースの両側面の内壁に取り付けられる遮断ブラケットと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ベンティング開口は、複数個が備えられ、前記モジュールケースの長手方向に沿って相互に所定の距離で離隔して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記シート部材は、前記モジュールケースの長手方向に沿って所定の長さで備えられ、前記モジュールケースの各側面に備えられるベンティング開口を全て覆う大きさを有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ベンティング開口は、メッシュ状で設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記遮断ブラケットは、
前記モジュールケースの両側内壁に取り付けられるブラケットベースと、
前記ブラケットベースから延び、前記ベンティング開口と所定の距離で離隔して配置されるブラケットブロックと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ブラケットブロックは、前記ベンティング開口を覆う大きさで設けられることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ブラケットブロックは、前記複数個のバッテリーセルと対向するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記シート部材は、前記モジュールケースの両側面の内壁に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールを収容するラックケースと、を含む、バッテリーラック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーラックを含む、電力貯蔵装置。
