The present invention relates to a scouring prevention unit and a scouring prevention structure, and in particular, by combining the deformation tracking function of the root compaction material and the restraint surface material and the stress distribution function of the restraint surface material, it is possible to cope with a local fast water flow due to a tsunami or the like. It relates to a scouring prevention unit having a tenacious structure that can resist the entire structure, and a scouring prevention structure that can exert a high scouring prevention effect and a suction prevention effect by the ground restraining function.
Breakwaters have been installed in harbors and coastal areas to protect the hinterland from large tsunamis and high waves.
There are various types of breakwaters such as inclined ridges, upright ridges, and mixed ridges. For example, in the case of an upright sill, a gravity-type structure such as a concrete caisson is placed on the foundation rubble laid on the seabed. The upper part of the foundation rubble is covered with a covering block or the like to prevent scouring at the base and to prevent the foundation rubble from being sucked out.
On the other hand, with the recent climate change, external forces such as wave power tend to increase, and the stability of existing breakwaters needs to be reviewed.
In particular, the extremely fast water flow caused by tsunamis and high waves causes local scouring at the base of the breakwater, which greatly impairs the stability of the breakwater. Achieving this is an urgent issue.
The above are issues common not only to breakwaters but also to various underwater structures such as coastal levees, river levees, and foundations of offshore wind power generation facilities.
As a technique for preventing scouring of an underwater structure, there is a technique for preventing scouring of a base by arranging a plurality of net-shaped filling bags disclosed in
In addition, Patent Document 3 discloses a technique for protecting the foundation rubble of a gravity-type caisson breakwater by covering it with a continuous tubular bag.
Patent Document 4 discloses a technique of fixing a covering block covering a foundation rubble on the foundation rubble with a pile body.
The technology of covering the base with multiple filling bags is such that the filling bag resists the water flow with the weight of a single unit, so it moves due to a strong water flow such as a tsunami and does not function. Sometimes.
Further, since the filling bag body has a flat spherical shape, it is easy to roll, and in particular, the stacked structure is unstable and easily collapses.
In this way, it is necessary to re-install each time the filling bag body is washed away or collapses, and the maintenance cost becomes large.
In the technique of covering with a covering block, concrete blocks and steel connecting materials are easily corroded, and the service life is limited. In addition, since the weight of a single substance is small, it easily moves due to the water flow and does not function.
In addition, it takes a lot of time and effort to re-lay the covering block, which increases the maintenance cost.
An object of the present invention is to provide a scouring prevention unit and a scouring prevention structure capable of solving the above problems.
The scouring prevention unit of the present invention includes a plurality of restraint surface materials having flexibility capable of following the undulations of the ground, and a plurality of rooting materials arranged on the restraint surface material and fixed to the restraint surface material. Each of the root hardening materials has a bag body made of knitted fabric and a filling material filled inside the bag body, and the load of a plurality of root hardening materials causes the back surface of the restraining surface material to pass through the restraining surface material. The feature is that the ground can be restrained.
In the washing prevention unit of the present invention, the restraining surface material may have water permeability.
In the scouring prevention unit of the present invention, the restraining surface material may be made of a fiber net.
The scouring prevention unit of the present invention may include a filling material filled in the gaps between a plurality of root hardening materials.
The scouring prevention structure of the present invention is provided with a scouring prevention unit arranged so as to cover at least a part of the boundary between the base and the ground, and the lower part of the edge of the restraint surface material is scoured so as to be downward. It is characterized in that the ground on the back surface of the restraint surface material can be restrained via the restraint surface material by the load of the root compaction material that has moved and the load of the root compaction material that remains above.
In the scouring prevention structure of the present invention, a plurality of scouring prevention units may be connected to each other with a restraining surface material.
In the scouring prevention structure of the present invention, a plurality of scouring prevention units may be arranged so as to surround a corner portion or a curved portion of the structure.
In the scouring prevention structure of the present invention, a plurality of scouring prevention units may be laminated.
The scouring prevention unit of the present invention is capable of resisting a local fast water flow due to a tsunami or the like in the entire structure by combining the deformation tracking function of the root hardening material and the restraint surface material and the stress distribution function of the restraint surface material. A tenacious structure can be achieved.
The scouring prevention structure of the present invention has a ground restraining function by the cooperation of a plurality of root compactors and a restraining surface material, and the weight of a single unit due to mutual load transmission between the plurality of root compacting materials via the restraining surface material. By increasing the amount, it is possible to achieve a high scouring prevention effect and a suction prevention effect.
Further, by connecting or laminating a plurality of scouring prevention units to each other, the scouring prevention structure can be made more profound, and the scouring prevention effect and the suction prevention effect can be further improved.
Furthermore, as a maintenance of the structure, if a new scouring prevention unit is installed above the existing scouring prevention unit about once every 20 to 50 years, the existing scouring prevention that follows the ground scouring and is deformed. By embracing the base ground together with the unit and the newly installed scouring prevention unit, it is possible to exert a scouring prevention effect more than at the time of new installation and extend the useful life of the structure.
Hereinafter, the scouring prevention unit and the scouring prevention structure of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The washing prevention unit will be described in the description of the washing prevention structure.
In the present invention, "washing" means that the soil on the bottom of the water is scraped off by the water flow and that the bottom of the water is sucked out.
In the present invention, directional terms such as "up", "down", "height", "width", "horizontal direction", and "vertical direction" mean each direction when the scouring prevention unit is placed on the bottom of the water.

<2> Structure.
The structure B to which the scouring prevention structure A of the present invention is applied is a structure having a base B1 on the bottom of the water.
In this example, an example of a breakwater (upright ridge) made of a concrete caisson as the structure B will be described.
However, the structure B is not limited to this, and can be applied to coastal levees, river levees, foundations of offshore wind power generation facilities, and the like. Further, the breakwater is not limited to the upright ridge, but may be a sloping ridge or a mixed ridge.
In short, it can be applied to any structure B as long as it has a base B1 on the bottom of the water and is likely to be washed by a stream of water.

<3.1> Root hardening material.
The
The
The bag body 11 is made of a bag-shaped knitted fabric. More specifically, for example, a circular bag-like structure is adopted in which the lower end of a tubular Russell knitted fabric made of polyester fiber is narrowed down to form a bottom net, and the opening on the upper end side is formed as a bag opening. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the knitted fabric may be made of nylon, polyethylene, or the like. Further, the bag body 11 is not limited to a circular bag shape, but may have a rectangular parallelepiped shape.
A bag mouth rope for squeezing and closing the bag mouth is inserted into the bag mouth of the bag body 11.
In this example, crushed stone having a diameter of about 150 mm is used as the filling material 12. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and boulders or other natural aggregates or concrete shavings having an appropriate diameter can be used.
<3.2> Restraint surface material.
The restraint surface material 20 is a member that restrains the ground in a plane shape.
The restraint surface material 20 is made of a net body or a sheet body having flexibility capable of following the undulations of the ground.
The restraint surface material 20 may be either water-permeable or impermeable, but it is desirable that the restraint surface material 20 has a water-permeable structure in order to prevent it from being turned over by a water flow.
In this example, a polyester fiber net is used as the restraining surface material 20.
By using the restraint surface material 20 as a reticular formation, the water pressure locally applied by a tsunami or the like can be dispersed and resisted by the tension of the reticular formation over the entire restraint surface material 20.
The restraining surface material 20 is not limited to the mesh body made of polyester fiber, and for example, a mesh body made of polyurethane fiber, a mesh sheet, a non-woven fabric of an appropriate material, multiple cloths, or the like may be adopted, but sufficient tensile strength and wear resistance may be adopted. Keep in mind that the material and structure should be of a nature.
<3.3> Filling material.
The filling material 30 is a member that fills the gaps between the plurality of
By closing the gaps between the plurality of root-clamping
In this example, crushed stone having a diameter of about 150 mm is used as the filling material 30. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and boulders or other natural aggregates or concrete shavings having an appropriate diameter can be used.
