Regarding the prevention structure.

It is known that in structures such as breakwaters and wave-dissipating blocks that are installed underwater or near water, the structure acts as a resistance to water currents, generating eddy currents around the structure and scouring the earth and sand around the foundation. ing. When the foundation is scoured, the stability of the structure is impaired, and there is a risk of causing damage such as subsidence, tilting, and collapse of the structure.

When installing a scouring prevention structure in a place such as a breakwater where the wave force is large, in order to effectively disperse and reduce the wave force, use large-grained stones such as crushed stone as the filling material. , the porosity per occupied volume is designed to be large.
However, if the grain size of the filling material is increased, the difference between the grain size of the sand at the bottom of the water and the sand directly below the bottom will be sucked out through the gaps in the filling material, causing subsidence and inclination of the anti-scouring structure. may cause
If the anti-scouring structure subsides, the arrangement of the anti-scouring structure will be disturbed, making it impossible to secure the originally designed anti-scouring function. Impairment of function is conceivable.
Further, when the scouring prevention structure is used as the foundation of the wave-dissipating blocks or the like, the meshing of the upper wave-dissipating blocks becomes poor, which may cause scattering or breakage.

[Scouring prevention structure]
<1> Overall configuration (Fig. 1).
The scouring prevention structure 1 is a structure that prevents scouring of the ground at the bottom or waterside.
In this example, an example in which the scouring prevention structure 1 is laid on the foundation of a wave-dissipating block will be described. In addition, the scour prevention structure 1 may be installed on the foundation of a quay wall, a breakwater, a wind power generation facility, or the like.
The anti-scouring structure 1 is formed by filling the inside of a futon basket 10 with a filling material 20.例文帳に追加
The anti-scouring structure 1 has a suction-preventing layer La that prevents sand from being sucked out from the bottom of the water, a wave force dispersion function, and a suppressing function of the suction-preventing layer La, depending on the combination of the structure of the futon basket 10 and the type of filling material 20. constitutes a two-layer structure of the covering layer Lb having
In this example, the size of the scouring prevention structure 1 is 2 m wide×3 m long×1 m high.

<2> Futon basket (Fig. 2).
The futon basket 10 is a box containing the filling material 20 inside.
The futon basket 10 includes a basket body 11 and an inner basket 12 constructed inside the basket body 11. - 特許庁
The mesh size of the inner basket 12 is smaller than the mesh size of the basket body 11 .
In this example, the mesh size of the rhombic wire mesh of the basket main body 11 is 150 mm, and the mesh size of the geogrid of the inner basket 12 is 40 mm per side.
Here, the mesh size of the rhombic wire mesh means the length of one side of the spatial quadrilateral surrounded by the row lines, and the mesh size of the geogrid is not the mesh but the length of one side of the spatial quadrilateral surrounded by the strands. means the length of

<2.1> Basket body.
The basket main body 11 is a box made of wire netting.
The basket body 11 is formed by assembling a four-sided side mesh 11a, a bottom mesh 11b, and a lid mesh 11c in a box shape.
In this example, the side netting 11a, the bottom netting 11b, and the lid netting 11c are wire mesh panels each having a rhombic wire mesh extending inside a rectangular frame line.
However, the four side nets 11a do not necessarily have to be independent members. It may be a structure.
In this example, a wire (IR-coated plated steel wire) obtained by coating a zinc-aluminum alloy plated steel wire with a polyethylene ionomer resin is used as a material for each frame line and rhombic wire mesh.
However, the material for the frame line is not limited to this, and may be, for example, a zinc-aluminum alloy-plated iron wire, a zinc-plated iron wire, or the like.

<2.2> Inner basket.
The inner basket 12 is a box that accommodates the fine grain material 22 .
The inner basket 12 includes a side panel 12a attached to the lower part of the inner surface of the side net 11a, a bottom panel 12b attached to the inner surface of the bottom net 11b, a cover panel 12c covering the upper part of the four side panels 12a, consists of
The side panels 12a have substantially the same width as the side nettings 11a of the basket body 11 and are smaller in height than the side nettings 11a. In this example, the height of the side panel 12a is half that of the side mesh 11a.
The bottom panel 12b and the lid panel 12c have substantially the same width and length as the bottom net 11b and the lid net 11c of the basket body 11, respectively.

<2.2.1> Inner basket material.
In this example, a resin geogrid is used as the material of the inner basket 12 .
A geogrid is a civil engineering material formed by connecting elements with tensile resistance in a lattice and forming a sheet. A geogrid is a member having high strength, excellent creep properties, weather resistance, impact resistance, friction resistance, etc., and is suitable as a material for the inner basket 12 of the present invention.
In this example, as the geogrid, a product in which a core material made of high-strength polyester resin (PET) fibers is covered with polypropylene resin (PP) to form a lattice is adopted. Examples of such products include "TRIGRID (registered trademark)" manufactured by Okasan Rivic Co., Ltd., and the like.
As described above, the material of the inner basket 12 is optimally geogrid, but it is not limited to this.

<2.3>連結材。
連結材13は、篭本体11の側面網11a、底面網11b、及び蓋面網11cを相互に連結する部材である。
本例では、連結材13として硬鋼線をコイル状に巻いてなる連結コイルを採用する。
例えば、隣接する2枚の側面網11aの縦線材に連結コイルを巻き付けることで、2枚の側面網11aを簡易かつ確実に連結することができる。
なお、連結材13はコイル材に限られず、番線やクリップなど他の公知の連結手段であってもよい。
<2.3> Connecting material.
The connecting member 13 is a member that connects the side mesh 11a, the bottom mesh 11b, and the lid mesh 11c of the basket body 11 to each other.
In this example, a connecting coil formed by winding a hard steel wire in a coil shape is adopted as the connecting member 13 .
For example, by winding a connecting coil around the longitudinal wires of two adjacent side nets 11a, the two side nets 11a can be easily and reliably connected.
Note that the connecting member 13 is not limited to the coil material, and may be another known connecting means such as a cord or a clip.

<2.4> Restraint wire.
The restraining wire rod 14 is a member that restrains between the side meshes 11 a of the basket body 11 .
In this example, the binding wires 14 are used to connect the two opposing side nets 11a.
Specifically, two restraining wires 14 are arranged in a cross shape in a plan view along the lid surface panel 12c of the inner basket 12, and connect the opposing side nets 11a.
By mutually restraining the four side meshes 11a with the restraining wire 14, the side meshes 11a can be prevented from being squeezed out due to the filling of the filling material 20.例文帳に追加
In this example, as the restraining wire rod 14, an IR-coated plated steel wire provided with hook-shaped portions to be hooked to the mesh of the side mesh 11a at both ends is adopted.
However, the restraint wire 14 is not limited to this, and may be, for example, a fiber rope, a wire rope, or the like. The point is that it should be made of a material having predetermined strength and weather resistance, and should have a structure that can be reinforced by restraining the space between the side nets 11a.

<3>中詰材。
中詰材20は、布団篭10内に充填する塊状又は粒状の部材である。
中詰材20は、粗粒材21と、粗粒材21より粒径の小さい細粒材22と、の組合せからなる。
ここで、「粒径が小さい」とは、粗粒材21と細粒材22がそれぞれの粒度範囲を有し、少なくとも細粒材22の粒度範囲の下限が、粗粒材21の粒度範囲の下限より小さいことを意味する。
<3> Filling material.
The filling material 20 is a block-shaped or granular member that fills the futon basket 10 .
The filling material 20 is composed of a combination of a coarse-grained material 21 and a fine-grained material 22 having a smaller grain size than the coarse-grained material 21 .
Here, "the particle size is small" means that the coarse-grained material 21 and the fine-grained material 22 have respective particle size ranges, and at least the lower limit of the particle size range of the fine-grained material 22 is the particle size range of the coarse-grained material 21. Means less than the lower bound.

<3.1> Coarse grain material.
The coarse-grained material 21 is a filling material that is filled on the lid surface panel 12c inside the basket body 11 .
In this example, as the coarse-grained material 21, crushed cobblestone with a grain size of 200 mm is used.
The grain size of the coarse-grained material 21 is not limited to this, and may be larger than that of the fine-grained material 22 and within a grain size range larger than the mesh size of the wire mesh of the basket body 11, but the grain size is in the range of 100 mm to 300 mm. is more preferable.
Further, the type of coarse-grained material 21 is not limited to crushed stone, and may be single-grained crushed stone, crushed rock, recycled crushed stone such as concrete lumps, brick lumps, or the like.
The coating layer Lb is composed of the coarse-grained material 21 filled in the basket body 11 .
Since the coating layer Lb can secure large voids in the coarse-grained material 21 due to the coarse-grained material 21 having a large particle size, the wave energy in the water is sequentially dispersed between the coarse-grained materials 21 and absorbed, thereby It can be reduced to a level that does not cause scouring.

<3.2> Fine grain material.
The fine grain material 22 is the filling material 20 to be filled in the inner basket 12 .
In this example, crushed stone having a particle size of 50 mm is used as the fine grain material 22 .
The particle size of the fine-grained material 22 is not limited to this, and may be smaller than the coarse-grained material 21 and within a particle size range larger than the mesh of the geogrid of the inner basket 12, but the particle size is 20 mm to 100 mm. It is more preferable if it is in the range.
This is irrational in terms of the cost and strength of the net material to be captured if the grains are finer than 20 mm, and if the grains are coarser than 100 mm, the meshing force between the fine grains 22 becomes stronger and manual packing work is required instead of heavy machinery. This is because
Further, the type of the fine grain material 22 is not limited to crushed stone, and may be crushed stone, cobblestone, recycled crushed stone, or the like.
The fine-grained material 22 filled in the inner basket 12 constitutes a suction-preventing layer La.
When the sand under the bottom net 11b is sucked from the seabed by the water flow, the suction prevention layer La discharges only water and traps the sand in the small gaps between the fine grain materials 22, thereby preventing the sand. Absorption can be prevented.

<4> A method for manufacturing a scouring prevention structure.
The scouring prevention structure 1 of the present invention is manufactured, for example, by the following procedure.
The basket main body 11 is composed of four parts: a main body in which two side nets 11a are connected to both sides in the width direction of the bottom net 11b in a deployable manner, the remaining two side nets 11a, and a cover net 11c. be.
The bottom panel 12b of the inner basket 12 is attached to the bottom net 11b. Use a C-ring or wire for installation. Similarly, a side panel 12a is attached to the bottom of each side mesh 11a.
The two side nets 11a of the main body are erected and assembled in a U-shape in cross section, and the other two side nets 11a are connected by connecting members 13. As shown in FIG.
As a result, the inner basket 12 without the lid surface panel 12c is formed in the basket body 11 without the lid surface net 11c.
The interior of the inner basket 12 is filled with fine grain material 22 . In this example, since the fine grain material 22 is crushed stone having a grain size of 100 mm or less, it can be filled using a heavy machine. For this reason, workability is high compared to the conventional technique in which all the filling materials are manually processed.
After the fine grain material 22 is filled, the upper portions of the four side panels 12a are covered with the cover panel 12c and fixed with a C-ring or the like.
Two restraining wires 14 are arranged in a cross shape in plan view in the basket body 11 to connect the opposing side nets 11a.
The coarse-grained material 21 is hand-fed onto the lid surface panel 12c.
After the coarse-grained material 21 is filled, the tops of the four side nets 11 a are covered with the lid nets 11 c and connected with the connecting material 13 .

<5> Functions of the wicking prevention layer and the coating layer.
If the scouring prevention structure 1 consists of only the suction prevention layer, the fine particles 22 with a small particle size can capture the suction of sand, but the porosity of the fine particles 22 is small, so the wave force can be sufficiently suppressed. It cannot be dispersed and reduced, and may generate vortices around the bottom surface and cause scouring.
Further, when the scouring prevention structure 1 is composed only of the coating layer, the effect of dispersing the wave force is excellent, but on the other hand, since the difference between the particle size of the sand on the bottom of the water and the particle size of the coarse-grained material 21 is large, the coarse-grained material There is a risk that the sand on the bottom of the water will be sucked out through the 21 voids.
In contrast, the anti-scouring structure 1 of the present invention has a structure in which the grain size of the filling material 20 is increased stepwise from the bottom surface by combining the anti-scouring layer La and the coating layer Lb. It is possible to simultaneously prevent sand from being sucked out from directly under the structure 1 and scouring around the scour prevention structure 1. - 特許庁
In addition, by using the coating layer Lb with a high porosity as a habitat for fish and shellfish, it is possible to exhibit a fishing reef function (Fig. 3).
