Claims (10)
- 実験室サンプル分配システム(100)であって、
いくつかのサンプルコンテナキャリア(140)であって、それぞれが、少なくとも1つの磁気的に活性なデバイス(141)を備え、かつサンプルコンテナ(145)を運搬するように構成されている、サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)と、
前記サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)を支持するように構成されている輸送平面(110)と、
前記輸送平面(110)の下方に固定して配置されるいくつかの電磁アクチュエータ(120)であって、前記サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)に磁力を加えることによって、前記輸送平面(110)の上に位置する対応するサンプルコンテナキャリア(140)を移動させるように構成されている、電磁アクチュエータ(120)と、
前記輸送平面(110)の上に位置する前記サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)の位置に応じて位置信号(PS)を生成するように構成されている、前記輸送平面(110)の下方に配置されたタッチパネル(200)と、
位置特定ユニット(170)であって、前記位置信号(PS)に応答して、前記輸送平面(110)の上に位置する前記サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)の前記位置を特定するように構成されている、位置特定ユニット(170)と、
前記サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)の特定された前記位置に応答して、実験室サンプル分配システム(100)の動作を制御するように構成されている制御ユニット(180)と、
を備える、実験室サンプル分配システム(100)。 - 前記タッチパネル(200)はマルチタッチ静電容量タッチパネルである、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の実験室サンプル分配システム(100)。
- 前記タッチパネル(200)は電磁誘導に基づく受動パネルである、ことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の実験室サンプル分配システム(100)。
- 前記タッチパネル(200)は、
センサフォイル(210)であって、センサフォイル(210)の異なる層(213、214)に水平導体経路(211)および垂直導体経路(212)を有する、センサフォイル(210)と、
前記水平導体経路および前記垂直導体経路(211、212)に接続されたスイッチングエレクトロニクス(215)であって、前記タッチパネル(200)上の異なる場所のコイル(216)が時間多重化方式で形成されるように、前記水平導体経路と前記垂直導体経路(211、212)とを接続するように構成されており、前記位置信号(PS)のそれぞれは前記コイル(216)のうちの対応する1つのコイルにおいて形成される、スイッチングエレクトロニクス(215)と、
を備える、ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の実験室サンプル分配システム(100)。 - 各サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)は、前記タッチパネル(200)を介して前記制御ユニット(180)にデータを送信するように構成されているデータ送信デバイス(142)を備える、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の実験室サンプル分配システム(100)。
- 前記データ送信デバイス(142)は前記タッチパネル(200)によって電気エネルギーを非接触で供給される、ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の実験室サンプル分配システム(100)。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の実験室サンプル分配システム(100)を動作させる方法であって、
前記タッチパネル(200)を介して前記制御ユニット(180)にデータを送信するステップを含み、前記データは、以下のデータ群:
サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)のサンプルコンテナキャリアID、
サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)のバージョン番号、
サンプルコンテナ(145)が閉鎖しているか、開放しているかという情報、
サンプルコンテナ(145)のタイプに関する情報、
前記サンプルコンテナ(145)に含まれるサンプルのタイプに関する情報、
サンプルコンテナ(145)がサンプルコンテナキャリア(140)から取り外されたか否かという情報
前記サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)に電力供給する電池(143)の充電レベルに関する情報、および、
サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)の動作時間に関する情報
から選択される、方法。 - 送信されるデータは負荷変調によって伝送される、ことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)の特定された位置が、前記輸送平面(110)上の所定の処理位置(111)に対応するかどうかをチェックするステップと、
サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)の前記特定された位置が、前記輸送平面(110)上の前記所定の処理位置(111)に対応する場合、前記処理位置(111)に位置する前記サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)と前記制御ユニット(180)との間でのデータ送信を始動するステップと、を含む、請求項7または8に記載の方法。 - 電気エネルギーを、前記タッチパネル(200)によって、前記処理位置(111)に位置する前記サンプルコンテナキャリア(140)のデータ送信デバイス(142)に非接触で供給するステップを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
