Abstract
Description
本出願は、2019年5月7日付韓国特許出願第10−2019−0053220号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として組み含まれる。
前記含水ゲル重合体を乾燥、粉砕および分級してベース樹脂粉末を形成する段階;および
表面架橋剤の存在下で、前記ベース樹脂粉末の表面を追加架橋して表面架橋層を形成する段階を含み、
前記陰イオン性界面活性剤は、前記単量体混合物中に50乃至200ppmwの濃度で使用され、
前記単量体混合物は、前記陰イオン性界面活性剤を含む溶液を複数の突出ピンが内部に装着された管型流路を通じて空間速度50〜1500(min−1)で通過させながら、前記単量体および内部架橋剤を含む混合物と混合する段階を含む方法で形成される高吸水性樹脂の製造方法を提供する。
前記ベース樹脂粉末上に形成されており、前記第1架橋重合体が表面架橋剤を媒介として追加架橋された表面架橋層を含む高吸水性樹脂であって、
前記高吸水性樹脂は、ボルテックス法による吸水速度が5乃至35秒であり、表面張力が65〜72mN/mであり、バルク密度が0.50〜0.65g/mlである高吸水性樹脂を提供する。
前記含水ゲル重合体を乾燥、粉砕および分級してベース樹脂粉末を形成する段階;および
表面架橋剤の存在下で、前記ベース樹脂粉末の表面を追加架橋して表面架橋層を形成する段階を含み、
前記陰イオン性界面活性剤は、前記単量体混合物中に50乃至200ppmwの濃度で使用され、
前記単量体混合物は、前記陰イオン性界面活性剤を含む溶液を複数の突出ピンが内部に装着された管型流路を通じて空間速度50〜1500(min−1)で通過させながら、前記単量体および内部架橋剤を含む混合物と混合する段階を含む方法で形成される高吸水性樹脂の製造方法が提供される。
R1−COOM1
R1は不飽和結合を含む炭素数2乃至5のアルキル基であり、
M1は水素原子、1価または2価金属、アンモニウム基または有機アミン塩である。
前記1次混合物を塩基性水溶液と混合して前記不飽和単量体の酸性基の少なくとも一部が中和された2次混合物を形成する段階;および
前記HLB値が4乃至15である非イオン性界面活性剤を含む溶液と、開始剤、その他添加剤および前記陰イオン性界面活性剤を含む溶液を複数の突出ピンが内部に装着された管型流路を通じて空間速度50〜1500(min−1)、あるいは200〜1300(min−1)、あるいは300〜1000(min−1)で通過させながら多量の気泡を生成させ、前記2次混合物と混合する段階を含む方法で形成され得る。
前記高吸水性樹脂は、ボルテックス法による吸水速度が5乃至35秒、あるいは5乃至30秒、あるいは10乃至30秒、あるいは20乃至29秒であり、表面張力が65〜72mN/m、あるいは65〜70mN/m、あるいは66〜70mN/mであり、バルク密度が0.50〜0.65g/ml、あるいは0.55〜0.62g/ml、あるいは0.56〜0.61g/mlである特性を満たす高吸水性樹脂が提供される。
アクリル酸に0.5重量%に希釈されたIRGACURE819開始剤8.6g(単量体に対して80ppmw)とアクリル酸に20重量%に希釈されたポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート(PEGDA、Mw=400)12.3gを混合した溶液(A溶液)を製造した。
SPAN−80の非イオン性界面活性剤を使用せず、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(sodium dodecylsulfate)の陰イオン性界面活性剤だけを使用し、その含有量がアクリル酸に対して80ppmwになるように調節したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
SPAN−80の非イオン性界面活性剤を使用せず、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(sodium dodecylsulfate)の陰イオン性界面活性剤だけを使用し、その含有量がアクリル酸に対して160ppmwになるように調節し、最終得られた高吸水性樹脂に含水処理して製品中の含水量が2重量%程度になるように調節したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(sodium dodecyl sulfate)の含有量はアクリル酸に対して50ppmwにし、SPAN−80の含有量はアクリル酸に対して250ppmwに調節したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(sodium dodecyl sulfate)の含有量はアクリル酸に対して150ppmwにし、TWEEN80(HLB:15)の含有量はアクリル酸に対して30ppmwに調節したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
アクリル酸に0.5重量%に希釈されたIRGACURE819開始剤8.6g(単量体に対して80ppmw)とアクリル酸に20重量%に希釈されたポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート(PEGDA、Mw=400)12.3gを混合した溶液(A溶液)を製造した。
前記D溶液中のドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(sodium dodecyl sulfate)の含有量は、アクリル酸に対して350ppmw、SPAN−80は50ppmwで、界面活性剤総量が400ppmwになるように調節したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
SPAN−80の非イオン性界面活性剤を使用せず、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム(sodium dodecyl sulfate)の陰イオン性界面活性剤だけを使用し、その含有量がアクリル酸に対して400ppmwになるように調節したことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
アクリル酸に0.5重量%に希釈されたIRGACURE819開始剤8.6g(単量体に対して80ppmw)とアクリル酸に20重量%に希釈されたポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート(PEGDA、Mw=400)12.3gを混合した溶液(A溶液)を製造した。
前記実施例および比較例で製造した高吸水性樹脂の物性を以下の方法で評価し、その結果を表1に示した。
高吸水性樹脂約100gを漏斗形態のバルク密度測定機器に入れて100ml容器に流れて落ちた後、容器内に入った高吸水性樹脂の重量を測定した。バルク密度は(高吸水性樹脂重量)/(容器体積、100ml)で計算した(単位:g/ml)。
実施例および比較例の高吸水性樹脂の吸水速度は国際公開第1987/003208号に記載された方法に準じて秒単位で測定された。
各樹脂の無荷重下吸収倍率による保水能をEDANA WSP 241.3により測定した。
CRC(g/g)={[W2(g)−W1(g)]/W0(g)}−1
各樹脂の0.9psiの加圧吸水能を、EDANA法 WSP 242.3により測定した。
AUL(g/g)=[W4(g)−W3(g)]/W0(g)
実施例および比較例の高吸水性樹脂の生理食塩水に対する自由膨潤ゲルベッド透過率(GBP)は、特許出願第2014−7018005号の図1乃至3に示された装置を使用し、前記特許出願第2014−7018005号の明細書に記載された方法により測定した。
Fisher張力計を利用して液体の表面張力を測定する。測定方法は次の通りである。0.9重量%塩水150g程度を250mlのビーカー(Beaker)に入れ、マグネチックスターラー(Magnetic stirrer)で攪拌しながら2inch深さの渦を作る。

- 少なくとも一部が中和された酸性基を有する水溶性エチレン系不飽和単量体、HLB値が20乃至40である陰イオン性界面活性剤および内部架橋剤を含む単量体混合物を架橋重合して含水ゲル重合体を形成する段階;
前記含水ゲル重合体を乾燥、粉砕および分級してベース樹脂粉末を形成する段階;および
表面架橋剤の存在下で、前記ベース樹脂粉末の表面を追加架橋して表面架橋層を形成する段階を含み、
前記陰イオン性界面活性剤は、前記単量体混合物中に50乃至200ppmwの濃度で使用され、
前記単量体混合物は、前記陰イオン性界面活性剤を含む溶液を複数の突出ピンが内部に装着された管型流路を通じて空間速度50〜1500(min−1)で通過させながら、前記単量体および内部架橋剤を含む混合物と混合する段階を含む方法で形成される、高吸水性樹脂の製造方法。 - 前記陰イオン系界面活性剤は、ドデシル硫酸ナトリウム、ラウリル硫酸アンモニウム、ラウレス硫酸ナトリウム、スルホコハク酸ジオクチルナトリウム、ペルフルオロオクタンスルホネート、ペルフルオロブタンスルホネート、アルキル−アリールエーテルホスフェート、アルキルエーテルホスフェート、ミレス硫酸ナトリウムおよびカルボキシレート塩からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記単量体混合物は、HLB値が4乃至15である非イオン性界面活性剤の0.1重量%以下をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の高吸水性樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記非イオン性界面活性剤は、脂肪酸エステル、ソルビタントリオレエート、ポリエトキシル化ソルビタンモノオレエート、ソルビタンモノオレエートおよびシュガーエステルからなる群より選択された1種以上を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の高吸水性樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記水溶性エチレン系不飽和単量体および内部架橋剤を含む溶液状態の1次混合物を形成する段階;
前記1次混合物を塩基性水溶液と混合して前記不飽和単量体の酸性基の少なくとも一部が中和された2次混合物を形成する段階;および
前記HLB値が4乃至15である非イオン性界面活性剤を含む溶液と、開始剤、その他添加剤および前記陰イオン性界面活性剤を含む溶液を複数の突出ピンが内部に装着された管型流路を通じて空間速度50〜1500(min−1)で通過させながら前記2次混合物と混合する段階を含む方法で形成される、請求項3または4に記載の高吸水性樹脂の製造方法。 - 前記陰イオン性界面活性剤を含む溶液を混合する段階では、前記陰イオン性界面活性剤を0.1乃至0.3重量%の濃度で含む水溶液を供給して混合する段階を含む、請求項5に記載の高吸水性樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記含水ゲル重合体の架橋重合段階は、水溶液状態の単量体混合物に対して溶液重合で行われる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の高吸水性樹脂の製造方法。
- 少なくとも一部が中和された酸性基を有する水溶性エチレン系不飽和単量体の第1架橋重合体を含むベース樹脂粉末;および
前記ベース樹脂粉末上に形成されており、前記第1架橋重合体が表面架橋剤を媒介として追加架橋された表面架橋層を含む高吸水性樹脂であって、
前記高吸水性樹脂は、ボルテックス法による吸水速度が5乃至35秒であり、表面張力が65〜72mN/mであり、バルク密度が0.50〜0.65g/mlである、高吸水性樹脂。 - 150乃至850μmの粒径を有し、600μm以上の粒径を有する粒子が12重量%以下含まれ、300μm以下の粒径を有する粒子が20重量%以下含まれる、請求項8に記載の高吸水性樹脂。
- EDANA法 WSP 241.3により測定した遠心分離保水能(CRC)が25乃至35g/gである、請求項8または9に記載の高吸水性樹脂。
