Abstract
Description
−マトリックス光源に電力を供給するステップと、
−制御ユニットを使用して、各基本光源のスイッチ素子を順次制御し、基本光源のうちの1つの位置から一連の光信号を放出するようにするステップと、
−検出器を使用して、物体によってそれぞれ反射された光信号を順次検出するステップと、
−放出された光信号ごとに、対応する光信号によって照射された位置で物体が検出されたかどうかを示すデータ項目を記憶素子に記録するステップとを
含むという点で注目に値する。
Claims (14)
- 複数のエレクトロルミネッセンス半導体素子ベースの基本光源(120)を有し、かつ自動車の少なくとも1つの照明機能を実行することを目的とするマトリックス光源(110)を備える前記自動車用の照明装置(100、200)であって、
前記マトリックス光源(110)は、供給回路(130)によって電圧駆動され、複数のスイッチ素子(114)が組み込まれた基板(112)を備え、各スイッチ素子(114、214)は、前記供給回路(130)への少なくとも1つの基本光源(120)に選択的に接続することを目的とし、前記装置は、前記基本光源の1つによって放出され、物体(10)から反射された光信号(122、222)を検出することを目的とした検出器(140)を備えることを特徴とし、
前記装置は、前記スイッチ素子(114、214)に動作可能に接続され、その状態を制御し、前記検出器(140)によって検出された信号(142)を処理することを目的とした処理ユニット(150、250)を備えることを特徴とし、
前記処理ユニット(250)は、前記マトリックス光源(110)によって放出されて前記物体(10)によって反射される検出光信号(242)の持続時間Tだけ遅延される遅延コピー(242’)を生成することができ、飛行時間測定ユニット(254)は、前記物体(10)までの距離を推定することができるように、前記物体と前記マトリックス光源との間の前記放出された光信号の飛行時間を計算するように構成されることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記検出器(140)が少なくとも1つのフォトダイオードを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記処理ユニット(150、250)が、前記フォトダイオードによって検出された前記信号(142)を使用して、前記フォトダイオード(140)と前記物体との間の距離を推定するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1および2のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記処理ユニット(250)が、前記マトリックス光源によって放出され前記物体(10)によって反射される検出光信号(242)の遅延コピー(242’)を生成し、かつ定率弁別回路(253)に関与する遅延線(252)と、前記定率弁別回路によって生成された信号に基づいて、放出された光信号の前記物体と前記マトリックス光源との間の飛行時間を測定するように構成された飛行時間測定ユニット(254)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2および3のいずれか一項に記載の装置(200)。
- スイッチ素子(114、214)が基本光源(120)と直列に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- スイッチ素子(114、214)が、ゲートに印加される信号によって状態が制御されるNチャネルMOS金属酸化物ゲート電界効果トランジスタを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記基板(112)の厚さが100〜800ミクロンの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記供給回路(130)が前記基板(112)に組み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記基本光源(120)のそれぞれの内部直列抵抗が同一であり、1〜100オームの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記マトリックス光源(110)が、前記基本光源(120)の前記半導体層が共通の基板(112)上に配置されたモノリシック構成要素を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ルミネッセンス半導体素子ベースの基本光源(120)が、400〜490nmの波長に対応する青色スペクトルで発光する光源を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記光信号(122、242)が、20ns未満の立上り時間を有するパルスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の装置(100、200)によって物体を検出するための方法であって、
−前記マトリックス光源(110)に電力を供給するステップと、
−制御ユニット(150、250)を使用して、各基本光源(120)の前記スイッチ素子(114、214)を順次制御し、前記基本光源のうちの1つの前記位置から一連の光信号(122、222)を放出するステップと、
−前記検出器(140)を使用して、前記物体(10)によってそれぞれ反射された前記光信号(142、242)を順次検出するステップと、
−放出された光信号ごとに、前記対応する光信号によって照射された前記位置で前記物体(10)が検出されたかどうかを示すデータ項目を記憶素子に記録するステップとを
含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記装置が請求項3から12のいずれか一項に記載の装置であることを特徴とし、前記放出された光信号ごとに、前記処理ユニット(150、250)が前記対応する位置で検出された、または検出されなかった前記物体(10)と前記検出器(140)との間の前記距離Dの推定値をさらに示すデータ項目を記録することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
