Description
Claims (11)
- ホールセンサー及びシャント抵抗体を複合的に用いて電流を測定する複合型電流測定装置であって、
印刷回路基板と、
予め決められた抵抗値を有する抵抗部及び前記抵抗部の両側へ各々延びる端子部を備え、前記印刷回路基板の下面に付着されるシャント抵抗体と、
前記印刷回路基板を挟んで前記シャント抵抗体と対向して前記印刷回路基板の上面に実装されるホールセンサーと、を含む、複合型電流測定装置。 - 前記シャント抵抗体の端子部には、前記抵抗部を挟んで第1締結孔が一つずつ設けられ、
前記第1締結孔及び前記印刷回路基板に備えられる電圧測定ノードに一体で結合して前記シャント抵抗体を前記印刷回路基板の下面に固定すると共に、前記端子部と前記電圧測定ノードとを電気的に接続するジョイント部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の複合型電流測定装置。 - 前記印刷回路基板は、他の部分よりも外側へ突出して形成され、突出方向と交差する方向に沿った横長が前記シャント抵抗体よりも短く設けられるセンサー装着部を含み、
前記シャント抵抗体は、前記センサー装着部の下面に付着される、請求項1または2に記載の複合型電流測定装置。 - 前記センサー装着部は、
所定のギャップを置いて相互分離した第1装着部及び第2装着部を含む、請求項3に記載の複合型電流測定装置。 - 前記ホールセンサー及び前記シャント抵抗体の一部を囲む壁体を形成するシールド部材をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の複合型電流測定装置。
- 前記シールド部材は、
前記シャント抵抗体の幅方向へ離隔し、前記センサー装着部に対して垂直に配置される一対の垂直板と、前記シャント抵抗体の下で前記一対の垂直板を連結する水平板と、を含む、請求項5に記載の複合型電流測定装置。 - 前記第1装着部と前記第2装着部とのギャップが「L」字形に備えられ、前記一対の垂直板のいずれか一つは、前記ギャップを垂直に通過する、請求項6に記載の複合型電流測定装置。
- 前記シャント抵抗体と前記シールド部材との絶縁を維持し、前記センサー装着部に前記シャント抵抗体と前記シールド部材とを一体で装着できるように設けられる組立てガイドユニットをさらに含む、請求項6または7に記載の複合型電流測定装置。
- 前記組立てガイドユニットは、
所定の距離で離隔した位置で前記シャント抵抗体の周り及び前記シールド部材の水平板の周りを各々囲む二重構造で設けられる二つの支持パーツを含む、請求項8に記載の複合型電流測定装置。 - 前記二つ支持パーツを一体として連結し、前記シャント抵抗体と前記シールド部材の水平板との間に配置される絶縁板膜をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の複合型電流測定装置。
- 請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の複合型電流測定装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
