Claims (10)
- 第1センサ部と、
第2センサ部と、
前記第1センサ部および前記第2センサ部と連結される制御部と、
前記第1センサ部は、第1ホールセンサと第2ホールセンサとを含み、
前記第1ホールセンサは、互いに位相が異なる2つの第1出力値を出力し、
前記第2ホールセンサは、互いに位相が異なる2つの第2出力値を出力し、
前記第2センサ部は、ロータの第3位置検出値を出力し、
前記制御部は、
前記2つの第1出力値のうち一つと前記2つの第2出力値のうち一つとを比較し、
前記2つの第1出力値を互いに比較し、
前記2つの第2出力値を互いに比較し、
前記第1出力値に基づいた前記ロータの第1位置検出値と前記第2出力値に基づいた前記ロータの第2位置検出値とを比較し、
前記ロータの第1位置検出値および前記ロータの第2位置検出値のうち少なくとも一つと前記第2センサ部で出力された前記ロータの第3位置検出値とを比較して、ロータおよびセンサの異常の有無を判断する、センシング装置。 - 第1出力値は、第1−1出力値(S1)と第1−2出力値(C1)とを含み、
前記第1−1出力値と第1−2出力値との位相差は、90°である、請求項1に記載のセンシング装置。 - 第2出力値は、第2−1出力値(S2)と第2−2出力値(C2)とを含み、
前記第2−1出力値と第2−2出力値との位相差は、90°である、請求項2に記載のセンシング装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1−1出力値と第1−2出力値との差の値が第1基準値を越える場合、
前記第2−1出力値と第2−2出力値との差の値が前記第1基準値を越える場合、
前記第1−1出力値と第2−1出力値との差の値が前記第1基準値を越える場合、および、
前記第1−2出力値と第2−2出力値との差の値が前記第1基準値を越える場合のうち少なくともいずれか一つに該当する場合、警告信号を生成する、請求項3に記載のセンシング装置。 - 前記第1位置検出値は、arctan(S1/C1)であり、
前記第2位置検出値は、arctan(S2/C2)であり、
前記制御部は、前記第1位置検出値と第2位置検出値との差の値が第2基準値を越える場合、警告信号を生成する、請求項1に記載のセンシング装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1位置検出値と第3位置検出値との差の値が第2基準値を越える場合、警告信号を生成する、請求項1に記載のセンシング装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記第2位置検出値と第3位置検出値との差の値が第2基準値を越える場合、警告信号を生成する、請求項1に記載のセンシング装置。
- ロータおよびセンサの異常有無判断方法において、
互いに位相が異なる2つの第1出力値を読み込む段階と、
互いに位相が異なる2つの第2出力値を読み込む段階と、
ロータの第3位置検出値を読み込む段階と、
前記2つの第1出力値のうち一つの第1出力値と前記2つの第2出力値のうち一つの第2出力値との差を利用して異常の有無を判断する段階と、
前記2つの第1出力値の差を利用して異常の有無を判断する段階と、
前記2つの第2出力値の差を利用して異常の有無を判断する段階と、
前記第1出力値に基づいた前記ロータの第1位置検出値と前記第2出力値に基づいた前記ロータの第2位置検出値との差を利用して異常の有無を判断する段階と、
前記ロータの第1位置検出値および前記ロータの第2位置検出値のうち少なくとも一つと前記第2センサ部で出力された前記ロータの第3位置検出値との差を利用して異常の有無を判断する段階と、を含む、ロータおよびセンサの異常有無判断方法。 - 前記第1出力値は、第1−1出力値および第1−2出力値を含み、
前記第1−1出力値と第1−2出力値との位相差は、90°であり、
第2出力値は、第2−1出力値および第2−2出力値を含み、
前記第2−1出力値と第2−2出力値との位相差は、90°である、請求項8に記載のロータおよびセンサの異常有無判断方法。 - 前記第1−1出力値と第1−2出力値との差の値が第1基準値を越える場合、
前記第2−1出力値と第2−2出力値との差の値が前記第1基準値を越える場合、
前記第1−1出力値と第2−1出力値との差の値が前記第1基準値を越える場合、および、
前記第1−2出力値と第2−2出力値との差の値が前記第1基準値を越える場合のうち少なくともいずれか一つに該当する場合、警告信号を生成する段階をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のロータおよびセンサの異常有無判断方法。
