Abstract
【解決手段】車両の下部構造は、フロアパネル10の下方にプロペラシャフト7の車幅方向両側に配置される第1及び第2バッテリユニット31,32と、フロアパネル10の下面側に配設される左右のフロアフレーム50とを備える。フロアフレーム50は、前傾斜部51と拡幅部52とを有する。左右のフロアフレーム50の拡幅部52間に第1及び第2バッテリユニット31,32が配置され、前傾斜部51間に第1及び第2バッテリユニット31,32より車幅方向の幅が小さいバッテリ関連電気部品41,42が配置される。

Claims (6)
- 駆動モータを有する駆動源と、車室の床面を形成するフロアパネルと、前記フロアパネルの下方に車両前後方向に延びて前記駆動源からの動力を駆動輪に伝達するプロペラシャフトとを備えた車両の下部構造であって、
前記フロアパネルの下方に前記プロペラシャフトの車幅方向両側に離間して配置されて前記駆動モータに供給する電力を貯蔵する第1バッテリユニット及び第2バッテリユニットと、
前記フロアパネルの下面側に車幅方向に離間して配設されて車両前後方向に延びる左右のフロアフレームと、を備え、
前記左右のフロアフレームはそれぞれ、車両前側から車両後側に向かうにつれて車幅方向外側に傾斜する前傾斜部と、前記前傾斜部から車両後側に直線状に延びて車幅方向外側に拡幅された拡幅部とを有し、
前記左右のフロアフレームの拡幅部間に、前記第1バッテリユニット及び前記第2バッテリユニットが配置され、
前記左右のフロアフレームの前傾斜部間に、前記第1バッテリユニット及び前記第2バッテリユニットより車幅方向の幅が小さいバッテリ関連電気部品が配置されている、
ことを特徴とする車両の下部構造。 - 前記バッテリ関連電気部品は、DC/DCコンバータ及びインバータを含み、
前記DC/DCコンバータは、前記インバータより車幅方向の幅が小さく形成されて前記インバータより車両前側に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の下部構造。 - 前記DC/DCコンバータは、前記インバータより車両前後方向の長さが大きく形成されて前記インバータに上下方向に重ねて配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の下部構造。 - 前記駆動源は、前記駆動モータ及びエンジンを有し、
前記プロペラシャフトの車両前側に前記エンジンに連結された変速機が連結され、
前記バッテリ関連電気部品は、前記変速機と前記左右のフロアフレームの一方との間に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両の下部構造。 - 前記エンジンの排気系部品を備え、
前記排気系部品は、前記左右のフロアフレームの前傾斜部間に前記変速機と前記左右のフロアフレームの他方との間に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両の下部構造。 - 前記左右のフロアフレームはそれぞれ、前記拡幅部から車両後側に向かうにつれて車幅方向内側に傾斜する後傾斜部を有し、
前記左右のフロアフレームの後傾斜部間に燃料タンクが配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の車両の下部構造。
