セロファン#300/PE15〜30μm/AL7〜20μm/PE20〜50μm、
紙50〜120g/PE15〜30μm/AL7〜20μm/PE20〜50μm、
OPP20〜30μm/PE15〜30μm/AL7〜20μm/PE20〜50μm
以上の層構成の積層体を用いてピロー包装袋を作製し、開封性、充填機適性を評価した。開封性については、開封時に切断面が開封補助線から3mm以上それるものを×とした。評価結果を表1に示す。

Claims (3)
- 基材層と中間層とシーラント層を有する1枚の積層体の左右両端部のシーラント層を対向させて合掌シール部を形成して筒状となし、トップシール部とボトムシール部を形成してなるピロー包装袋において、合掌シール部方向の長さが幅方向の長さより長く、トップシール部の近くとボトムシール部の近くに、それぞれに平行する2本の開封補助線を有し、該開封補助線は、積層体の基材層を貫通する実線状または破線状のハーフカット線であり、2本の開封補助線の間隔は30mm以上であり、それぞれの開封補助線の破断強度は20N/15mm以上40N/15mm以下であることを特徴とするピロー包装袋。
- 中間層がアルミニウム箔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピロー包装袋。
- 開封補助線の本数は2本以上であり、それぞれの開封補助線の間隔は30mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のピロー包装袋。
