Abstract
Description
この目的は、請求項1の特徴を有するダンパによって解決される。
スロットル要素はピストンリングとして構成されるのが好ましい。ディスク又はリング部分のような他のスロットル要素を用いることも可能であり、ピストンリングは容易に案内されて、ハウジング内に正確に位置決めされる。ピストンリングの外側は、ポット形のハウジングの内側で案内される。
ダンパは特にコンパクトな方法で構成されるのが好ましく、ピストンロッドの最大ストロークは、6mm未満であり、特に3mmから5mmの間であるのが好ましい。ダンパの全長は、ピストンロッドを伸ばした状態で20mm未満、特に18mm未満である。
ピストンロッド3は、ディスク形のホルダ30と一体に形成され又はホルダ30に接続され、ホルダ30上にピストンリングの形のスロットル要素6が保持される。スロットル要素6は固定要素7の一部とピストンロッド3の間に配置される。
更に、第1端部80によってポット形のハウジング2に支持されて、反対側の端部81によって固定要素7及びピストンロッド3に延びた位置に向けて予め張力をかけるばね8が配備される。ばね8は、連続的に異なる巻き径を有するらせん形状であり、そのため、圧縮されたときにハウジング2のベースに対して平らに押し付けることができる。
カバー5は第2段部22に固定され、環状外側部50は第1段部21と第2段部22の間の移行部に固定され、ばねアーム52を介して環状内側部51に接続される。従って、シール4は、内側部51の上に保持され、付随的にハウジング2の内部空間に向かって予め張力がかけられる。
ピストンロッド3からの力によってダンパが軸方向に作用すると、図9Bに示すように媒体が流路61を通って流れる。ダンパ内の流体は第1のオリフィス62から第2のオリフィス63へ流路を通って流れる。

Claims (15)
- 家具または家庭用器具の取付け具用のダンパ(1)であって、
ピストンロッド(3)に接続されたピストンが線形に変位可能に案内されるハウジング(2)を有し、ピストンはハウジング(2)の内部空間(20)を2つのチャンバに分割し、2つのチャンバを互いに接続する少なくとも1つの流路(9)がピストン上またはピストン内に形成され、ピストンが第1の方向に移動するときに、高減衰力を生成するために減衰位置で少なくとも1つの流路(9)の断面積を小さく保つスロットル要素(6)が提供され、ピストンが第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に移動すると、スロットル要素は少なくとも1つの流路(9)の断面積を増加させて、スロットル要素(6)の移動による減衰力が減少するダンパ(1)において、
少なくとも1つのばね要素(72)によって、スロットル要素(6)は減衰位置に予め張力をかけられ、ピストンはばね(8)によってピストンロッド(3)が延びた位置に予め張力をかけられる、ダンパ(1)。 - スロットル要素(6)と少なくとも1つのばね要素(72)は、異なる材料から作られる、請求項1に記載のダンパ。

- ピストンロッド(3)に固定された固定要素(7)は一体に形成されたばね要素(72)を有し、該ばね要素によってピストンリングは予め張力をかけられて、ピストンロッド(3)に接続されたホルダ(30)を形成する、請求項4に記載のダンパ。
- 固定要素(7)が設けられて。該固定要素はピン(70)を用いてスリーブ形状のピストンロッド(3)に固定され、クランプ力によって保持される、請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載のダンパ。
- ハウジング(2)はポット形状であり、開口部に隣接した領域にてシール(4)を有し、該シールはピストンロッド(3)が通る内側開口部(40)を有する、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載のダンパ。
- シール(4)はハウジング(2)上に変位可能に取り付けられて、ピストンロッド(3)の挿入又は引出しによる容積を補償する、請求項7に記載のダンパ。
- シール(4)はカバー(5)を介してハウジング(2)に保持される、請求項7又は8に記載のダンパ。
- カバー(5)は、ハウジング(2)に固定された外側部(50)とシール(4)上に置かれた内側部(51)を有し、外側部(50)は少なくとも1つのばねアーム(52)を介して内側部(51)に接続される、請求項9に記載のダンパ。
- 変位可能なシール(4)を受け入れる少なくとも1つの段部(21、22)及び/又はカバー(5)がベース(23)の反対側のポット形のハウジング(2)に付与された、請求項1乃至10の何れかに記載のダンパ。
- ピストンロッド(3)の最大ストロークは、6mm未満であり、特に3mmから5mmの間である、請求項1乃至11の何れかに記載のダンパ。
