Claims (28)
- 薬剤を投与するための自動注入装置であって、
ハウジングと、
第1のストッパと、前記薬剤を含有するカートリッジ区画とを備えるカートリッジを受け入れるように構成されているカートリッジ収容部であり、前記カートリッジ区画は、前記薬剤の第1の薬剤成分を含有する第1のカートリッジ部分区画と、前記薬剤の第2の薬剤成分を含有する第2のカートリッジ部分区画とを有する、カートリッジ収容部と、
プランジャ・ロッド後退位置とプランジャ・ロッド伸展位置との間でプランジャ・ロッドを動かすように結合されている駆動モジュールであり、前記プランジャ・ロッドは、前記第1のストッパを動かすように構成されている、駆動モジュールと、
前記駆動モジュールに結合されている処理ユニットであり、
前記プランジャ・ロッドを、第1のプランジャ・ロッド位置から混合プランジャ・ロッド位置まで、混合プランジャ・ロッド速度で動かすように、前記駆動モジュールを制御するステップで、前記混合プランジャ・ロッド位置は、前記第1の薬剤成分が前記第2の薬剤成分と混合される位置に前記第1のストッパを位置決めするように選択される、前記駆動モジュールを制御するステップと、
前記自動注入装置のある回数の完全な反転が実施された後に、開始信号を提供するステップと
を行うように構成されている、処理ユニットと
を備える、自動注入装置。 - 前記処理ユニットは、前記カートリッジ収容部に受け入れられる前記カートリッジ内の前記薬剤の温度とは無関係に動作するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記開始信号は、前記自動注入装置の前記回数の完全な反転が実施された後で、且つ、前記第2のカートリッジ部分区画が、前記第1のカートリッジ部分区画と比較して上を指しているときに生成される、請求項1又は2に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記自動注入装置は、前記カートリッジの向き及び/又は前記自動注入装置の向きを検出するように構成されている向きセンサをさらに備える、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記自動注入装置の反転の前記検出は、前記向きセンサを使用して実施される、請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記向きセンサは、1つの加速度計又は複数の加速度計のような、1つ又は複数の加速度計を含む、請求項4又は5に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記向きセンサは、傾斜センサ、三軸加速度計、単軸加速度計、磁力計及び/又は前記の任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項4から6までのいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記向きセンサは、三軸加速度計を含む、請求項4から7までのいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記向きセンサは、単軸又は多軸ジャイロスコープ・センサを含む、請求項4又は5に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記多軸ジャイロスコープ・センサは、三軸ジャイロスコープ・センサである、請求項9に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記処理ユニットは、前記開始信号を受信すると、前記プランジャ・ロッドを、前記混合プランジャ・ロッド位置から第2のプランジャ・ロッド位置へと動かすように前記駆動モジュールを制御するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記処理ユニットは、前記自動注入装置の累積的運動に基づいて第1の運動パラメータを決定するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記第1の運動パラメータは、前記自動注入装置の完全な反転の前記回数を示す、請求項12に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記第1の運動パラメータは、前記自動注入装置の運動の振動数を示す、請求項12又は13に記載の自動注入装置。
- 反転は、デフォルト閾値を上回る角速度で実施される場合に、前記自動注入装置による完全な反転と考えられる、請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記角速度の前記デフォルト閾値は、1秒あたり少なくとも0.5回の反転のような、1秒あたり少なくとも0.3回の反転の反転振動数として定義される、請求項15に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記向きセンサは、前記カートリッジが前記カートリッジ収容部に受け入れられているときに、前記カートリッジの前記角速度を示す角速度信号を提供するように構成されている、請求項15又は16に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記反転は、水平面内の軸を中心とした反転である、請求項1から17までのいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
- 反転は、デフォルト閾値を上回る角度に及ぶ場合に、前記自動注入装置による完全な反転と考えられる、請求項1から18までのいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記角度の前記デフォルト閾値は、少なくとも120度のような少なくとも90度、好ましくは少なくとも135度、より好ましくは少なくとも150度、さらにより好ましくは例えば180度のような少なくとも165度である、請求項19に記載の自動注入装置。
- 開始角度位置から終了角度位置までの前記自動注入装置の回転運動は、
前記開始角度位置が、前記自動注入装置の遠位端が上を指している第1の垂直の向きと、前記自動注入装置の前記遠位端が水平軸に沿って横を指している第1の水平位置との間にある場合、
前記終了角度位置が、前記自動注入装置の前記遠位端が、前記第1の水平位置におけるものと反対の方向において水平軸に沿って横を指している第2の水平位置と、前記自動注入装置の前記遠位端が下を指している第2の垂直の向きとの間にある場合、及び
前記第1の角度位置と前記第2の角度位置との間の前記角度の前記デフォルト閾値が、少なくとも120度のような少なくとも90度、好ましくは少なくとも135度、より好ましくは少なくとも150度、さらにより好ましくは例えば180度のような少なくとも165度である場合に、前記自動注入装置による完全な反転と考えられる、請求項19又は20に記載の自動注入装置。 - 開始角度位置から終了角度位置までの前記自動注入装置の回転運動は、

前記第1の角度位置と前記第2の角度位置との間の前記角度の前記デフォルト閾値が、少なくとも120度のような少なくとも90度、好ましくは少なくとも135度、より好ましくは少なくとも150度、さらにより好ましくは例えば180度のような少なくとも165度である場合に、前記自動注入装置による完全な反転と考えられる、請求項19又は20に記載の自動注入装置。 - 前記処理ユニットは、前記回数の完全な反転が実施されたときに、及び/又は、完全な反転ごとに、可視フィードバック及び/又は音響フィードバックを前記ユーザに提供するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1から22までのいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記処理ユニットは、前記回数の反転が実施された後に空打ちを実施するようにさらに構成され、前記空打ちは、前記第2のカートリッジ部分区画が、前記第1のカートリッジ部分区画と比較して上を指しているときにのみ実施される、請求項1から23までのいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記カートリッジ収容部は、前記カートリッジ及びカートリッジ・コード機構を備えるカートリッジ・アセンブリを受け入れるように構成されており、前記自動注入装置は、前記カートリッジ・コード機構を読み取るように構成されているコード・センサを備え、前記処理ユニットは、前記コード・センサに結合されており、前記カートリッジ・コード機構を示す前記コード・センサからのコード・信号を受信するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1から24までのいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記カートリッジ・コード機構は、前記カートリッジ内の前記薬剤に必要な完全な反転の前記回数を定義する、請求項25に記載の自動注入装置。
- 前記角速度の前記閾値及び/又は前記角度の前記閾値は、前記自動注入装置又は前記カートリッジ・コード機構によって定義される、請求項1から26までのいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
- 完全な反転の前記回数は、前記反転がユーザによって手動で実行される前記測定反転角度及び前記角速度に依存する、請求項1から27までのいずれか一項に記載の自動注入装置。
