Abstract
Description

30gのLLDPE/アルミニウム/LLDPE+LLDPE材料(無菌飲料カートンの内側部分の断片10cm2)を40℃で1kgの分離液と一緒に攪拌する。LLDPEからのアルミニウムの剥離は2時間後に完了する。

Claims (20)
- 多層システムを分離するための分離流体(330)の使用であって、前記分離流体(330)が、水と、短鎖カルボン酸と、リン酸と、アルカリ金属水酸化物との混合物を含む、分離流体(330)の使用。
- 前記短鎖カルボン酸と、リン酸と、アルカリ金属水酸化物とが溶液中で部分的に反応して、アルカリ金属リン酸塩及びアルカリ金属カルボン酸塩を形成する、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記短鎖カルボン酸が水混和性C1−C4モノカルボン酸である、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 前記短鎖カルボン酸が、ギ酸、酢酸、プロピオン酸、又は酪酸から成る群から選択される、請求項3に記載の使用。
- 前記アルカリ金属水酸化物が、水酸化リチウム、水酸化ナトリウム、又は水酸化カリウムから成る群から選択される、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記混合物の成分が、30〜60重量パーセントの短鎖カルボン酸と、0.5〜5重量パーセントのリン酸(30%溶液)と、2〜8重量パーセントのアルカリ金属水酸化物(33%溶液)と、30〜60重量パーセントの水とを含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記混合物の成分が、42〜48重量パーセントの短鎖カルボン酸と、2〜4重量パーセントのリン酸(30%溶液)と、4〜8重量パーセントのアルカリ金属水酸化物(33%溶液)と、45〜50重量パーセントの水とを含む、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 多層材料(10)中のポリマー層(20,40)から金属層(30)を分離する方法であって、
前記多層材料(10)を、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の分離流体(330)を含むバット(310)内に入れる
ことを含む、方法。 - 前記多層材料(10)の成分を含む前記分離流体(330)に篩過又は濾過(240)のうちの少なくとも一方を施し、そしてその後選別(260,280)して、前記金属層(30)からの金属の第1画分、及び前記ポリマー層(20,40)からのプラスチックの第2画分を得ることをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
