Claims (15)
- ハウジングと;
前記ハウジング内に挿入されて、流体サンプルの検査を進めるために内部に流体サンプルが収容される少なくとも一つのチャンバーを含む流体検査カートリッジと;
前記少なくとも一つのチャンバーに対して光を発散して光学的感度を利用して前記流体サンプル内の第1物質の濃度を検出する検出部と;を含み、
前記流体分析カートリッジは、前記第1物質に対して特異的結合をする第2物質が結合した非金属粒子を含む乾燥試薬を収容する少なくとも一つのチャンバーを含む流体検査装置。 - 前記非金属粒子は、単位体と複合体のうち少なくとも一つからなる、請求項1に記載の流体検査装置。
- 前記非金属粒子は、ナノサイズの粒子であり、炭素ナノ粒子(carbon nanoparticle)、セラミックナノ粒子(ceramic nanoparticle)、重合体ナノ粒子(polymeric nanoparticle)よりなる群から選択された1種以上である、請求項1に記載の流体検査装置。
- 前記セラミックナノ粒子は、ガラス、シリカナノ粒子よりなる群から選択された1種以上である、請求項3に記載の流体検査装置。
- 前記重合体ナノ粒子は、ポリメチルメタクリル酸(polymethyl methacrylate)、ポリスチレン(polystyrene)、セルロース(cellulose)、ラテックス(latex)、ヒドロゲル(hydrogel)、アガロース(agarose)よりなる群から選択された1種以上である、請求項3に記載の流体検査装置。
- 前記第1物質は、抗原、DNA、RNA、オリゴサッカライド(oligosaccharide)、ペプチド(peptide)、低分子(small molecule)、蛋白質よりなる群から選択された1種以上を含む、請求項1に記載の流体検査装置。
- 前記第2物質は、抗体、オリゴヌクレオチド(oligonucleotide)、蛋白質よりなる群から選択された1種以上である、請求項1に記載の流体検査装置。
- 前記乾燥試薬は、前記流体サンプルと前記乾燥試薬との反応増大のための活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の流体検査装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つのチャンバーは、第1チャンバーと第2チャンバーを含み、前記第1チャンバーには、第1乾燥試薬が収容され、前記第2チャンバーには、第2乾燥試薬が収容される、請求項1に記載の流体検査装置。
- 前記ハウジングの内側に装着されて、前記流体検査カートリッジの少なくとも一部分を加圧して前記流体サンプルを前記少なくとも一つのチャンバーに移動させる加圧部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の流体検査装置。
- 前記検出部は、前記少なくとも一つのチャンバーに対して光を照射する発光部と、前記少なくとも一つのチャンバーを透過した光を受光する受光部とを含む、請求項1に記載の流体検査装置。
- 前記発光部は、白色LED(light emitting diode)、紫外線LED(Ultraviolet rays light emitting diode)、青色LED(light emitting diode)、緑色LED(light emitting diode)、黄色LED(light emitting diode)、赤色LED(light emitting diode)、赤外線LED(Infrared ray light emitting diode)よりなる群から選択された1種以上である、請求項11に記載の流体検査装置。
- 流体サンプルを収容して検査を進める流体検査カートリッジと、前記流体検査カートリッジの反応を検出する検出部とを含む流体検査装置の制御方法において、
流体検査カートリッジをハウジング内に装着する段階と;
前記ハウジング内の加圧部材が前記流体検査カートリッジを加圧して前記流体検査カートリッジ内の前記流体サンプルが前記流体検査カートリッジの少なくとも一つのチャンバーに移動する段階と:
前記少なくとも一つのチャンバーに移動した流体サンプルが前記少なくとも一つのチャンバー内の前記流体サンプル内の第1物質と特異的結合をする第2物質が結合した非金属粒子を含む乾燥試薬と反応する段階と;
前記検出部が前記流体検査カートリッジの反応を光学的感度を用いて測定する段階と;
を含む流体検査装置の制御方法。 - 前記少なくとも一つのチャンバーは、第1チャンバーと第2チャンバーを含み、前記第1チャンバーには、第1乾燥試薬が収容され、前記第2チャンバーには、第2乾燥試薬が収容されて、一つの流体サンプルに対して複数の光学的感度を測定する、請求項13に記載の流体検査装置の制御方法。
- 前記検出部が前記流体検査カートリッジの反応を光学的感度を用いて測定する段階は、
発光部が前記流体検査カートリッジに光を照射し、受光部が前記流体検査カートリッジを通過した光を受光して光学的感度を測定する、請求項13に記載の流体検査装置の制御方法。
