Claims (11)
- トグル型ヒンジ用のダンパ・アセンブリであって、取付フランジと、該取付フランジに対して回動可能に結合されたアーム・アセンブリとを備え、
前記ダンパ・アセンブリが
直線軸に沿って作動可能な緩衝装置と、
使用時に前記取付フランジに直接または間接的に装着されて前記緩衝装置を該取付フランジ上に保持するとともに、長手軸が前記ヒンジの回動軸と平行に配されるハウジングと、
前記ヒンジの一方向の回動運動範囲の少なくとも一部に亘って前記ヒンジの回動運動を前記緩衝装置の直進動作に変換する運動変換手段と、
を備え、
前記運動変換手段が
前記緩衝装置に結合され、第1カム機構を介して前記ヒンジの前記アーム・アセンブリに係合可能な作動レバーと、
前記作動レバーの回転運動に伴って該作動レバーを直線変位させる第2カム機構と
を備え、
前記第1カム機構は、前記ヒンジの前記アーム・アセンブリの回動運動に伴って前記作動レバーを回転させ、
前記第2カム機構がハウジングに対して作用するように配置される
ことを特徴とするダンパ・アセンブリ。 - 前記第2カム機構が前記作動レバーと前記ハウジングとの間で作用するように配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンパ・アセンブリ。 - 前記各カム機構はそれぞれカム・フォロワがカム面と係合する構成のものであり、
前記各カム機構の係合点が、前記緩衝装置の前記直進軸を通るそれぞれの平面上にあり、
該各平面が、少なくとも前記第1カム機構の係合開始時において、互いに一致するかまたは少なくとも十分に互いに接近している
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のダンパ・アセンブリ。 - 前記各カム機構はそれぞれカム・フォロワがカム面と係合する構成のものであり、
前記各カム機構の係合点が、前記緩衝装置の前記直進軸と垂直なそれぞれの平面上にあり、
該各平面が、少なくとも前記第1カム機構の係合開始時において、互いに一致するかまたは少なくとも互いに十分に接近している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のダンパ・アセンブリ。 - 前記第2カム機構が前記ハウジング上に設けられたカム面を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のダンパ・アセンブリ。 - 前記カム面が前記ハウジングとは別体に形成されて該ハウジングに取り付けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のダンパ・アセンブリ。 - 前記ハウジング上の前記カム面がほぼ螺旋状に延び、緩い傾斜を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載のダンパ・アセンブリ。 - 前記ハウジング上の前記カム面の傾斜が該カム面に沿って変化する
ことを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載のダンパ・アセンブリ。 - 衝撃吸収用の緩衝体が前記作動レバーの前記アーム・アセンブリとの係合開始点に取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載のダンパ・アセンブリ。 - 前記作動レバーが、該作動レバーに設けられた複数の回転可能なローラーを介して前記アーム・アセンブリと係合する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載のダンパ・アセンブリ。 - 請求項1から請求項10のいずれかに記載のダンパ・アセンブリを備えたヒンジ。
