Claims (11)
- 検査対象に光を照射する照明部と、
前記検査対象で反射された光を検出する素子が1次元以上に配列され、前記検査対象の全幅を読み取る読取部と、
前記読取部の読み取り結果に基づいて前記検査対象の特性を検査する制御部と、を備える画像検査装置において、
前記検査対象で正反射された光が通過する位置に導光部材を有し、
前記導光部材は、前記導光部材を介して前記読取部に入射する光の光路と前記導光部材を介さずに前記読取部に入射する光の光路とが平行になるように配置され、
前記制御部は、前記導光部材を介して前記読取部に入射する光の読み取り結果に基づいて前記検査対象の光沢分布を検査し、前記導光部材を介さずに前記読取部に入射する光の読み取り結果に基づいて前記検査対象の濃度分布を検査する、
ことを特徴とする画像検査装置。 - 前記導光部材は、ミラーである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像検査装置。 - 前記読取部は、前記導光部材を介して入射する光を読み取る第1読取部と、前記導光部材を介さずに入射する光を読み取る第2読取部と、を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の画像検査装置。 - 前記導光部材を介して前記読取部に入射する光、及び、前記導光部材を介さずに前記読取部に入射する光を、前記検査対象の副走査方向に少なくとも1回反射する反射部材を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一に記載の画像検査装置。 - 前記検査対象と前記照明部及び前記導光部材との間に、透光部材を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一に記載の画像検査装置。 - 前記透光部材は、前記検査対象に対して傾斜して配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の画像検査装置。 - 前記検査対象の姿勢を保持する姿勢保持部材を有し、前記姿勢保持部材は、前記透光部材の前記検査対象側に設置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の画像検査装置。 - 前記姿勢保持部材は、前記透光部材の内の、前記検査対象の上流側に設置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の画像検査装置。 - 前記照明部と前記導光部材と前記読取部とを含む画像検査部が、前記検査対象を挟んで両側に設置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一に記載の画像検査装置。 - 前記読取部は、2次元アレイセンサである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一に記載の画像検査装置。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一に記載の前記画像検査装置と、画像形成部と、を有する画像形成装置であって、
前記制御部は、前記検査対象の特性に応じて前記画像形成部の画像形成条件を調整する、
ことを特徴とする画像形成装置。
