Abstract
Description
(1)車両用パーキング装置100は、結合面1a,2aを介して互いに結合されるモータカバー1およびギアケース2にまたがって配置される(図2)。この車両用パーキング装置100は、モータカバー1に回転可能に支持され、Pレンジへのシフト操作によるパーキング作動指令およびPレンジ以外へのシフト操作によるパーキング解除指令に応じて回転するディテントプレート20と、モータカバー1からギアケース2にかけて延在し、ディテントプレート20の回転により進退するように基端部がディテントプレート20に軸支されるパーキングロッド30と、ギアケース2に揺動可能に支持されるとともに、パーキングロッド30の先端部のパーキングカム35が当接し、パーキングロッド30の進退に応じてパーキングギア50に係合またはパーキングギア50から離脱するパーキングポール40と、モータカバー1に固定され、パーキングロッド30を挿入可能な切り欠き64とパーキングロッド30の回動量を規制する規制部65とを有する板状のステー60と、を備える(図2,3)。
Claims (7)
- 結合面を介して互いに結合される第1筐体および第2筐体にまたがって配置される車両用パーキング装置であって、
前記第1筐体に回転可能に支持され、パーキング作動指令およびパーキング解除指令に応じて回転する回転部材と、
前記第1筐体から前記第2筐体にかけて延在し、前記回転部材の回転により進退するように基端部が前記回転部材に軸支されるパーキングロッドと、
前記第2筐体に揺動可能に支持されるとともに、前記パーキングロッドの先端部が当接し、前記パーキングロッドの進退に応じてパーキングギアに係合または前記パーキングギアから離脱するパーキングポールと、
前記第1筐体に固定され、前記パーキングロッドを挿入可能な切り欠きと前記パーキングロッドの回動量を規制する規制部とを有する板状のステーと、を備えることを特徴とする車両用パーキング装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用パーキング装置において、
前記切り欠きは、前記回転部材が前記第1筐体へ取り付けられる取付方向に対し略平行に形成されていることを特徴とする車両用パーキング装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両用パーキング装置において、
前記回転部材は、前記取付方向に対し略直交する方向に延設された略平面状のプレート部を有し、
前記パーキングロッドの前記基端部は、前記プレート部を貫通して前記プレート部に軸支されることを特徴とする車両用パーキング装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車両用パーキング装置において、
前記パーキングロッドは、前記基端部から前記パーキングポールに向けて屈曲された第1屈曲部と、前記第1屈曲部よりも前記先端部側で前記ステーに向けて屈曲された第2屈曲部とをさらに有することを特徴とする車両用パーキング装置。 - 請求項4に記載の車両用パーキング装置において、
前記パーキングロッドは、前記第2屈曲部よりも前記先端部側で前記パーキングポールに向けて屈曲された第3屈曲部をさらに有し、前記回転部材における前記パーキングロッドの支持部は、前記先端部と前記第3屈曲部とを結ぶ直線上に設けられることを特徴とする車両用パーキング装置。 - 請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用パーキング装置において、
前記ステーは、前記第1筐体に取り付けられるステー取付部と、前記ステー取付部よりも前記結合面側に配置され、前記切り欠きと前記規制部とを有するロッド支持部と、前記ステー取付部と前記ロッド支持部とを接続する接続部とを有することを特徴とする車両用パーキング装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の車両用パーキング装置において、
前記第1筐体と前記第2筐体とは、予め前記結合面に塗布されたシール材を介して結合されていることを特徴とする車両用パーキング装置。
