Abstract
Description
本発明の第一態様に係るタービン翼は、軸線を中心として回転するロータ軸の周りに形成されて蒸気の流れる蒸気主流路を有する蒸気タービンに設けられるタービン翼であって、前記蒸気主流路内で前記蒸気の流通方向の上流側に向けて前縁が配置可能とされ、翼高さ方向に延びる翼面を有する翼本体と、前記翼高さ方向における前記翼本体の端部に接続され、前記翼高さ方向と交差する第一方向に延びる端板と、を備え、前記端板における前記翼高さ方向及び前記第一方向に交差する第二方向を向く端面であって、前記端板における前記上流側を向く端面には、前記第二方向に突出する凸部及び前記第二方向に窪む凹部が形成され、前記凸部及び前記凹部は、前記翼高さ方向から見た際に、前記第一方向に交互に形成されている。

Claims (5)
- 軸線を中心として回転するロータ軸の周りに形成されて蒸気の流れる蒸気主流路を有する蒸気タービンに設けられるタービン翼であって、
前記蒸気主流路内で前記蒸気の流通方向の上流側に向けて前縁が配置可能とされ、翼高さ方向に延びる翼面を有する翼本体と、
前記翼高さ方向における前記翼本体の端部に接続され、前記翼高さ方向と交差する第一方向に延びる端板と、を備え、
前記端板における前記翼高さ方向及び前記第一方向に交差する第二方向を向く端面であって、前記端板における前記上流側を向く端面には、前記第二方向に突出する凸部及び前記第二方向に窪む凹部が形成され、
前記凸部及び前記凹部は、前記翼高さ方向から見た際に、前記第一方向に交互に形成されているタービン翼。 - 前記凸部及び前記凹部は、前記翼高さ方向から見た際に、前記翼本体の前縁よりも前記上流側に配置されている請求項1に記載のタービン翼。
- 前記凸部及び前記凹部の前記上流側を向く面は、前記翼高さ方向から見た際に、前記第一方向に連続する湾曲線を形成している請求項1又は請求項2に記載のタービン翼。
- 前記端板には、前記翼高さ方向から見た際に、凹部及び凸部の少なくとも一方が複数形成されている請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のタービン翼。
- 軸線を中心として回転するロータ軸と、
前記ロータ軸の軸方向と前記第二方向とを一致させて配置される請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のタービン翼と、を備える蒸気タービン。
