Claims (8)
- 長辺方向を有した板状をなし射出成形品からなる成形品本体(1)を含む樹脂部品であって、
樹脂の注入口の跡であるゲート部(1a)が、前記成形品本体(1)の長辺方向に延びる端面部であって、該成形品本体(1)の重心(G)に対応した位置を跨ぐ位置に配置されている樹脂部品。 - 前記ゲート部の幅寸法Wgは、前記成形品本体の長手方向最大長さ寸法Wの1/2以下とされている請求項1記載の樹脂部品。
- 前記成形品本体は、前記ゲート部中心からの放射線上の複屈折が、該ゲート部にかけて平坦、もしくは直線的に増加傾向を示す請求項1又は2記載の樹脂部品。
- 長辺方向を有した板状をなし射出成形品からなる成形品本体(1)を含む樹脂部品を製造するための方法であって、
成形装置により前記成形品本体(1)を射出成形する射出成形工程を含み、
前記成形装置は、前記成形品本体(1)に対応した金型及びその金型内に樹脂を注入する注入口を備え、前記注入口は、前記金型のうち前記成形品本体(1)の長辺方向に延びる端面部に相当する位置であって、該成形品本体(1)の重心(G)に対応した位置を跨ぐ位置に配置されている樹脂部品の製造方法。 - 前記注入口の幅寸法Wgは、前記成形品本体の長手方向最大長さ寸法Wの1/8以上、1/2以下とされている請求項5記載の樹脂部品の製造方法。
- 前記射出成形工程においては、前記金型内への樹脂の注入の完了直後の、内部の樹脂の粘性の低い状態で、前記注入口を閉鎖するゲートカット動作が行われる請求項4又は5記載の樹脂部品の製造方法。
- 前記成形装置には、前記金型のうち、前記成形品本体の面精度が必要な面とは反対の面の側で、該金型内の樹脂に加圧力を付与する可動入子が設けられ、
前記射出成形工程においては、前記ゲートカット動作が行われた直後に、前記可動入子を動作させる加圧動作が行われる請求項6記載の樹脂部品の製造方法。 - 前記加圧動作は、前記可動入子を、設定されたストロークで前記金型の内方に移動することにより行われる請求項7記載の樹脂部品の製造方法。
