この実施例は、デシル−ウレタン−ジエポキシ、ポリマーB(図3参照)の合成を説明する。
この実施例は、ベンゼン−ウレタン−ジエポキシ、ポリマーC(図3参照)の合成を説明する。
比較例1のポリマーは次のものである。
表1は、実施例1〜4並びに比較例1及び2に示されたポリマー固体電解質の特性データを示している。
この実施例は、次の一般構造を有するポリエチレングリコール−ビス−カルバメートポリマーの合成を説明する。図6も参照。
この実施例は、ポリエチレングリコール−ビス−尿素、ポリマーGの合成を説明する(図3参照)。

Claims (16)
- 前記生成物が前記ポリマーと第2のポリマーとを含む架橋反応生成物である、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記ポリマーが尿素及び/又はカルバメート官能基を介して架橋された、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が可塑剤と電解質塩とをさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記可塑剤が、エチレンカーボネート及び/又はコハク酸ニトリル、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリカーボネート、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリ乳酸、ニトリル、オリゴエーテル、又はカーボネートを含む、請求項5に記載の物品。
- 前記ニトリルが、コハク酸ニトリル、グルタロニトリル、ヘキソニトリル、及び/又はマロノニトリルを含み、前記オリゴエーテルがトリグライムを含み、前記カーボネートが、エチレンカーボネート、プロピレンカーボネート、及び/又はフルオロエチレンカーボネートを含む、請求項6に記載の物品。
- 前記電解質塩がリチウム塩を含む、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が開始剤をさらに含み、前記開始剤が0.001から0.01のモル分率を有する、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記ポリマーが0.027から0.200のモル分率を有し、前記可塑剤が0.287から0.916のモル分率を有し、前記電解質塩が0.04から0.617のモル分率を有する、請求項5から9のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が無機添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記無機添加剤が、Al2O3、SiO2、SiOx、TiO2、Li3PS4、Li10GeP2S12、Li7La3Zr2O12、Li6.4La3Zr1.4Ta0.6O12、LiLaTiO3、Li1.3Al0.3Ti1.7(PO4)3、及び/又はLi1.3Al0.3Ge1.7(PO4)3、ZrO2、BaTiO3、Li2TiO3を含む、請求項11に記載の物品。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の物品を含む電気化学セルであって、前記電気化学セルが電池、リチウムイオン電池、又はリチウムイオン固体電池である電気化学セル。
- 前記スラリーを硬化させる前に、前記溶媒に第2のポリマーを加えることをさらに含む、請求項14に記載のポリマー固体電解質を製造する方法。
