Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、電動圧縮機10のハウジング11は、有底筒状のモータハウジング12と、有底筒状の吐出ハウジング13と、扁平箱状のインバータケース14と、を有している。よって、ハウジング11は、モータハウジング12と、インバータケース14と、を含む。モータハウジング12、吐出ハウジング13、及びインバータケース14は、金属材料製であり、例えば、アルミニウム製である。
コネクタ部材40の樹脂部60には、コネクタ接続部61が一体形成されるとともにバスバー50が保持されているため、例えば、バスバー50及びコネクタ接続部61それぞれが別々にコネクタ設置部30に固定されている場合に比べると、それぞれの部品の耐震性が向上する。
(1)金属板70の各ボルト挿通孔70hに挿通された各締結ボルト71を各雌ねじ孔33に螺合するだけで、バスバー50の一端をコネクタ接続部61の開口部61eに臨んだ状態で保持する樹脂部60を有するコネクタ部材40をコネクタ設置部30に締結することができる。そして、バスバー50の他端部を、貫通孔32を通過させて回路基板25に接続することができる。コネクタ部材40の樹脂部60には、コネクタ接続部61が一体形成されるとともにバスバー50が保持されているため、従来技術のように、まず、バスバー50をコネクタ設置部30に固定し、その後、コネクタ接続部61をコネクタ設置部30に対して固定するといった別工程が不要となる。したがって、組み付け作業性が向上する。また、コネクタ部材40の樹脂部60には、コネクタ接続部61が一体形成されるとともにバスバー50が保持されているため、従来技術のように、バスバー50及びコネクタ接続部61それぞれが別々にコネクタ設置部30に固定されている場合に比べると、それぞれの部品の耐震性が向上する。以上のことから、組み付け作業性を向上でき、且つ耐震性を向上させることができる。
〇 実施形態において、各ボルト挿通孔70hは、例えば、四角孔状であってもよく、各締結ボルト71が挿通可能な形状であれば、各ボルト挿通孔70hの形状は特に限定されるものではない。
○ 実施形態において、電動圧縮機10は、電動モータ17、圧縮部16、及び駆動回路26の順で、回転軸15の軸線方向に並んで、電動モータ17、圧縮部16、及び駆動回路26それぞれが配置されている構成であってもよい。
Claims (2)
- 回転軸の回転によって流体を圧縮する圧縮部と、
前記回転軸を回転させる電動モータと、
前記電動モータを駆動する回路基板を有する駆動回路と、
前記回路基板を収容する収容室を有するハウジングと、
外部コネクタが接続される筒状のコネクタ接続部と、
一端が前記外部コネクタに電気的に接続されるとともに他端が前記回路基板に電気的に接続されるバスバーと、を備え、
前記圧縮部、前記電動モータ、及び前記駆動回路は、前記駆動回路が前記回転軸の軸線方向の一端に位置するように前記回転軸の軸線方向に並んで配置されており、前記コネクタ接続部が前記ハウジングに対して前記回転軸の径方向外側に位置するとともに前記コネクタ接続部の開口部が前記回転軸の軸線方向において前記圧縮部及び前記電動モータとは反対側に向いている電動圧縮機であって、
前記コネクタ接続部が一体形成されるとともに前記バスバーの一端が前記開口部に臨んだ状態で前記バスバーを保持する樹脂部と、
前記樹脂部の外面に一体化された金属板と、を有するコネクタ部材を備え、
前記ハウジングには、前記収容室の内外を連通するとともに、前記回転軸の軸線方向において前記圧縮部及び前記電動モータに向かって開口する貫通孔が形成され、
前記ハウジングにおける前記貫通孔の周囲には雌ねじ孔が形成され、
前記金属板には、締結ボルトが挿通されるボルト挿通孔が形成されており、
前記コネクタ部材は、前記バスバーの他端部が前記貫通孔に挿入されるとともに前記ボルト挿通孔に挿通された前記締結ボルトが前記雌ねじ孔に螺合されて前記ハウジングに締結され、前記バスバーの他端部が前記貫通孔を通過して前記回路基板に接続されていることを特徴とする電動圧縮機。 - 前記ハウジングは、
前記圧縮部及び前記電動モータを収容するモータハウジングと、
前記モータハウジングに取り付けられるとともに前記収容室を有するインバータケースと、を含み、
前記貫通孔は、前記インバータケースに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動圧縮機。
