Claims (7)
- 金属ダイキャスト製のバッテリケース(18)の内部に複数のバッテリモジュール(34)を収容する電動車両のバッテリパックであって、
前記バッテリケース(18)は、内部の水を外部に排出するドレン孔(31i)と、前記ドレン孔(31i)の近傍に配置された水検知手段(37)とを備え、前記バッテリケース(18)のケース底壁(31a)上面の少なくとも一部は前記ドレン孔(31i)に向かって下り傾斜していることを特徴とする電動車両のバッテリパック。 - 金属ダイキャスト製のバッテリケース(18)の内部にバッテリモジュール(34)を収容する電動車両のバッテリパックであって、
前記バッテリケース(18)は、内部の水を外部に排出するドレン孔(31i)と、前記ドレン孔(31i)の近傍に配置された水検知手段(37)とを備え、前記ドレン孔(31i)は前記バッテリケース(18)のケース底壁(31a)上面に形成された下向きに窪む凹部(31h)に設けられることを特徴とする電動車両のバッテリパック。 - 前記バッテリケース(18)の内部は一体に形成された梁部(31e)によって二つのバッテリ室(31f,31g)に仕切られており、各々の前記バッテリ室(31f,31g)に前記ドレン孔(31i)および前記水検知手段(37)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動車両のバッテリパック。
- 前記梁部(31e)は車幅方向に延びており、前記ドレン孔(31i)および前記水検知手段(37)は前記バッテリケース(18)の車幅方向中央部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電動車両のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリケース(18)は、前記ケース底壁(31a)の下面に固定した蓋部材(41)との間に形成されたウオータジャケット(42)を備え、前記ドレン孔(31i)は平面視で前記ウオータジャケット(42)と重ならない位置に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の電動車両のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリケース(18)のケース底壁(31a)上面は前記ウオータジャケット(42)の周囲の一部に沿って下方に窪む溝部(31o)を備え、前記溝部(31o)は前記ドレン孔(31i)に向かって延びることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電動車両のバッテリパック。
- 前記複数のバッテリモジュール(34)から延びる電力線(38)は、前記バッテリケース(18)の車幅方向中央部において左右の前記バッテリモジュール(34)間に形成された空間に前後方向に配置され、前記水検知手段(37)を電装部品(35)に接続する接続線(40)は前記空間で前記電力線(38)に束ねられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載の電動車両のバッテリパック。
