Claims (2)

型表面が荒らされた凹状成形品の成形型を用い、前記型表面を成形品側に転写させることで艶消しの人造大理石からなる凹状成形品を製造する方法において、
前記型表面の荒らされた部分の表面粗さRaが0.2〜2.0μmであって、抜き勾配が1〜20度となるFRP成形型を用い、当該FRP成形型に成形材料を注入して硬化後に脱型することで前記表面粗さが転写されて人造大理石の艶消し成形品を得ることを特徴とする艶消し凹状成形品の製造方法。
