[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a method for producing a decorative plastic concrete material having arbitrary concave portions, and its purpose is to provide a decorative material for plastic concrete with arbitrary concave portions on a cubic curved decorative surface in terms of performance. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a plastic concrete decorative material that is excellent and has a good design effect.

Regarding decoration of the surface of plastic concrete materials, it is not widely practiced, and there are methods such as using a polyester film and transferring printing ink by heat pressure, or using vinyl chloride resin, which has already been used in eight ways. There was only a method of bonding and integrating thermoplastic resin films such as , etc. via an adhesive, and there was no way to express the unevenness of the pattern.

With this type of decoration method, it is impossible to express the pattern in an uneven shape other than by forming unevenness with a mold, and at the same time, with regard to the design of the pattern, it is not possible to print on polyester film or thermoplastic film using printing ink. Because of this, the transfer properties of the printing ink were not good, and the only effect that could be achieved was that it was unclear, especially in the mid-tone areas, or that the screen of the printing plate was left behind. Furthermore, the shape of the concave part when forming irregularities was severely restricted by the mold, and patterns were only applied to subordinate vessels that were almost flat, especially those that had a shape that was close to a right angle. It was impossible to add a picture.

The present invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and provide a plastic concrete decorative material that has an arbitrary pattern and a shallow uneven shape on the surface of the plastic concrete having a deep uneven shape, and has an excellent design. .

以下、本発明を図面に従って詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a formwork 1 for producing a plastic concrete molded product according to the present invention. This mold may be a wooden mold that can be disassembled during demolding, or it may be a rubber or plastic mold with ventilation holes. FIG. 2 is a sectional view of a transfer sheet 2 having a pattern, in which a pattern 4 is formed on the surface of a base sheet 3.

Then, a part of the pattern is formed with ink 5 containing a polymerization inhibitor such as hydroquinone or butylated hydrotoluene,
Other patterns are usually formed using ink 6. The base sheet is preferably a polyolefin resin film or a polyolefin synthetic paper, but is not particularly limited thereto.

During this heating and suction, the bottom side of the formwork may be pressed and the top side may be pressurized at the same time. Next, a plastic concrete resin is poured over the transfer sheet to form a layer 7 consisting of plastic and inorganic material. The layer consisting of plastic and inorganic material is made by mixing an unsaturated polyester resin with a peroxide catalyst such as methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, and a filler such as fine calcium carbonate powder mixed with bones such as sand or gravel. It is formed using a plastic concrete resin made from a mixture of Then, when the mold is removed after curing and curing with heat, the plastic concrete resin that has come into contact with the ink part containing the polymerization inhibitor is inhibited from hardening, and when the plastic concrete resin that has come into contact with the ink part that does not contain the polymerization inhibitor is hardened. Since the hardened portion attracts the hardening suppressed portion, a recess is formed in the hardened suppressed portion. Next, when the base sheet is peeled off, the pattern formed with normal ink is integrated with the plastic concrete resin, and the hardening of the plastic concrete resin in the area that has come into contact with the pattern formed with the ink containing a polymerization inhibitor is suppressed. The part is attached to the base sheet together with the pattern and is peeled off, and that part becomes a recessed part. In the manner described above, a plastic concrete decorative material having a concave and convex shape formed by the formwork and concave portions matching the pattern as shown in FIG. 4 is obtained. Thereafter, if necessary, a surface protective layer can be formed using a flow coke, a spray coater, or other conventionally known coating equipment.
Note that if the mold is coated with a template agent such as silicone in advance, demolding will be performed smoothly.

[Example 1] On the surface of a polypropylene resin film with a thickness of 100 mm,
After solid printing with hydroxylpropyl cellulose ink, the transfer film has a three-dimensional curved surface by printing the pattern with aminoalkyd ink and ink with 2 parts of hydroquinone added to this ink. The upper surface of the wooden mold was spray-coated with silicone resin, and the mold was heated and depressurized with a trowel at 120 qC for 75 days.

Next, 15% unsaturated polyester resin, 10% calcium carbonate, 20% pongee sand, 55% mixture of coarse sand and gravel,
Plastic concrete mixed with MEKPq was injected, heated and cured at 80°C to completely cure, and then demolded and the base of the transfer film was removed. As a result, it had an uneven shape due to the formwork, and hydroquinone was added. A plastic concrete Ihihoko material was obtained in which the part that came into contact with the ink became a concave part. [Example 2] After solid printing with polyvinyl alcohol resin ink on a polyolefin resin synthetic paper surface with a thickness of 100 mm, a transparent solid coat layer was applied with vinyl chloride resin ink, and then the same type of ink was applied. A molded body was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 using a transfer film mixed with 15 parts of hydroquinone to obtain a deep plastic concrete decorative material having a surface protective layer.
