First, a basic configuration of a vaporizer according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
The vaporizer is configured to vaporize a liquefied gas in the
The
The
Further, the
Next, components of the
The
The
On the surface of the
The plurality of
The number of zigzag reciprocations in the liquefied
Since the liquefied
Since the liquefied gas is vaporized by heat from warm water in the course of flowing through the liquefied
The
A plurality of hot
The plurality of hot
Since the hot
Since the hot water is cooled by the liquefied gas in the course of flowing through the hot
By laminating the liquefied
The method of bonding between layers (between plates) at the time of lamination is not particularly limited, and a known method can be used, and it is particularly preferable to use diffusion bonding. The method of diffusion bonding is not particularly limited, and a known method can be used. For example, a plurality of plates are brought into close contact with each other, and a temperature before the plates reach plasticity (a temperature lower than the melting point of the material forming the plates). , And pressurized so as not to cause plastic deformation as much as possible, and the plates can be pressed against each other by utilizing the diffusion of atoms generated between the joining surfaces.
In the present embodiment, a case is shown in which the
As shown in FIG. 4A, which is an enlarged view of a region indicated by reference numeral a in FIG. 3, a plurality of plates are stacked in the liquefied
Further, due to the lamination of the plates, a plurality of
The components of the
In the present embodiment, the case where the liquefied
The liquefied
Further, in the present embodiment, the case where the thickness of the liquefied

The hot water inflow header 4 has a hollow semi-cylindrical shape, and has an internal space 41 functioning as a manifold for hot water, and an
The hot
The liquefied
Next, an example of a method for vaporizing a liquefied gas using the vaporizer having the above configuration will be described.
When vaporizing the liquefied gas, first, the liquefied gas stored in a tank (not shown) (for example, an LNG tank) is supplied to the liquefied
The liquefied gas supplied to the liquefied
As a result, heat exchange occurs between the liquefied gas in the liquefied

(Flow path cross-sectional area expansion section)
Next, the liquefied
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, particularly FIG. 4, the liquefied gas
By providing the flow path cross-sectional area enlarged portion β at the liquefied gas
In other words, as shown in FIG. 11 which is a comparative example, the liquefied
In contrast, in the present embodiment, the flow rate of the low-temperature liquefied gas is kept low and the convective heat transfer is reduced in the flow path cross-sectional area enlarged portion β having a large flow path cross-sectional area, so that an adiabatic effect is obtained. . This prevents overcooling near the liquefied gas
Further, by preventing local supercooling near the liquefied gas
In the present embodiment, the inner peripheral surface of the flow path cross-sectional area enlarged portion β is constituted by a groove formed in the liquefied
In the present embodiment, the plurality of liquefied
In addition, it is preferable that the flow path cross-sectional area expansion portion β is formed so as to increase the flow path cross-sectional area at least in the plane direction of the liquefied
Further, it is preferable that the flow path cross-sectional area enlarged portion β is formed so as to gradually reduce the flow path cross-sectional area along the flow direction of the liquefied gas. Thereby, the pressure loss of the liquefied gas can be reduced as compared with the case where the cross-sectional area of the flow path is rapidly changed.
The depth (the depth in the thickness direction of the liquefied gas plate 6) of the flow path cross-sectional area enlarged portion β is preferably smaller than the thickness of the liquefied
The depth of the flow path cross-sectional area enlarged portion β is not limited to less than the thickness of the liquefied
In the above description, the case where the plurality of liquefied
In the above description, the case where the flow path cross-sectional area expanding portion β increases the flow path cross-sectional area in the plane direction of the liquefied
The method of forming the flow path cross-sectional area enlarged portion β is not particularly limited, and can be formed by, for example, etching or the like.

By mounting a vaporizer on an LNG ship, low-temperature LNG stored in an LNG tank can be efficiently vaporized by the vaporizer. The natural gas vaporized by the vaporizer can be used as fuel for a gas engine mounted on an LNG carrier. Even if LNG is at a low temperature, the vaporizer is prevented from being deformed and damaged due to thermal stress, and can be operated stably. When the carburetor is mounted on an LNG ship, the waste heat of the exhaust gas from the gas engine may be used to heat the hot water. The hot water may be water previously loaded on a ship or seawater.
