Abstract
Description
−横方向において、長手方向に測定された不織シートの長さにわたって、かつ横方向に測定された不織シートの幅よりも厳密に小さい幅にわたって延在する不織シートの領域を、20%〜200%の範囲で活性化する;
−弾性フィルムを用意し;
−不織シートに弾性フィルムを積層する。
−最初にリールの形態で包装された不織シート12を巻き戻すための巻き戻しステーション102;
−不織シートを拡げるための、以下を含む拡張モジュール104;
−不織シート12の局所領域を活性化し、不織シート12の活性化領域14を形成するための活性化モジュール106;
−不織シート12をその横方向Yに伸ばすための伸長モジュール108;
−不織シート12のシート幅を管理するための幅管理モジュール114。
活性化度=[(c−a)/a]×100
−カード加工され、かつ、カレンダー加工された不織布及びスパンレース不織布、又は
−スパンレース不織布及びスパンレース不織布、又は
−カード加工され、かつ、カレンダー加工された不織布及びスパンメルト不織布、又は
−スパンメルト不織布及びスパンレース不織布。
Claims (17)
- 長手方向(X)及び長手方向(X)に直交する横方向(Y)に延在する積層アセンブリ(10)であって、前記積層アセンブリは、不織シート(12)及び弾性フィルム(24)を共に積層し、前記不織シート(12)が、長手方向(X)に測定された不織シートの長さにわたって、かつ、横方向(Y)で測定された不織シートの幅よりも厳密に小さい幅にわたって延在する、少なくとも1つの活性化領域(14)を含み、横方向(Y)における前記不織シート(12)の活性化領域(14)の活性化度は、横方向(Y)における前記弾性フィルム(24)の活性化度と異なり、横方向(Y)における前記不織シート(12)の活性化領域(14)の活性化度は、20%〜200%の範囲にあることを含む、積層アセンブリ。
- 前記不織シートは第1の不織シート(12)であり、前記積層アセンブリ(10)は第2の不織シート(30)を含み、前記弾性フィルム(24)は前記第1の不織シート(12)と前記第2の不織シート(30)との間に挿入される、請求項1に記載の積層アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記不織シートは第1の不織シート(12)であり、前記積層アセンブリ(10)は第2の不織シート(30)を含み、前記第2の不織シート(30)は前記第1の不織シート(12)と前記弾性フィルム(24)との間に少なくとも部分的に挿入される、請求項1に記載の積層アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第2の不織シート(30)は活性化領域を含まない、請求項2又は3に記載の積層アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第2の不織シート(30)が前記長手方向(X)に測定された前記不織シートの長さにわたって、かつ、前記横方向(Y)に測定された前記不織シートの幅よりも厳密に小さい幅にわたって延在する、少なくとも1つの活性化領域(14)を含み、前記横方向(Y)における前記第2の不織シート(30)の前記活性化領域(14)の前記活性化度は、20%〜200%の範囲にある、請求項2又は3に記載の積層アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記横方向(Y)における第1の不織シート(12)の活性化領域(14)の活性化度は、前記横方向(Y)における第2の不織シート(30)の活性化領域(14)の活性化度と異なる、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層アセンブリ(10)。
- 横方向(Y)における前記第2の不織シート(30)の前記活性化領域(14)の活性化度は、横方向(Y)における前記弾性フィルム(24)の活性化度と異なる、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記不織シート(12、30)が、カード加工され、かつ、カレンダー加工された不織布である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記不織シート(12、30)がスパンレース型の不織布である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記不織シート(12、30)がスパンメルト型の不織布である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層アセンブリ(10)。
- 長手方向(X)及び長手方向(X)に直交する横方向(Y)に延在する積層アセンブリ(10)の製造方法であって、前記方法は、以下のステップ:
−長手方向(X)で測定した不織シートの長さにわたって、かつ、横方向(Y)で測定した不織シートの幅よりも厳密に小さい幅にわたって延在する不織シート(12)の領域を、横方向(Y)で20%〜200%の範囲で活性化すること、
−弾性フィルム(24)を用意すること、
−不織シート(12)を弾性フィルム(24)と積層すること、を含む製造方法。 - 前記不織シート(12)を積層する前に、前記不織シート(12)を接着剤(18)でコーティングするステップを含む、請求項11に記載の製造方法。
- 前記不織シートは第1の不織シート(12)であり、前記製造方法は、第2の不織シート(30)を用意するステップと、前記第2の不織シート(30)を前記弾性フィルム(24)上に積層するステップとを含む、請求項11又は12に記載の製造方法。
- 前記不織シートは第1の不織シート(12)であり、前記製造方法は、第2の不織シート(30)を用意するステップと、前記第2の不織シート(30)を前記第1の不織シート(12)と積層するステップとを含む、請求項11又は12に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第2の不織シート(30)を積層する前に、前記第2の不織シート(30)は、前記長手方向(X)において測定された前記不織シートの長さにわたって延在する領域にわたって、かつ、前記横方向(Y)において測定された前記不織シートの幅よりも厳密に小さい幅にわたって、20%〜200%の範囲で前記横方向(Y)に活性化される、請求項13又は請求項14に記載の製造方法。
- 前記第2の不織シート(30)を積層する前に、前記第2の不織シート(30)を接着剤(18)でコーティングするステップを含む、請求項15に記載の製造方法。
- 前記積層アセンブリ(10)は、前記横方向(Y)において200%未満で活性化される、請求項11〜16のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
