Abstract
Description

Claims (11)
- 腱索置換システムであって、
近位端と遠位端とを有する細長い可撓性の管状体を有するカテーテルであって、当該カテーテルが、経脈管で右心室の中へ、心室中隔を通して左心室の中へアクセスするように構成される、カテーテルと、
前記カテーテルによって留置可能に運ばれる腱索置換インプラントであって、当該腱索置換インプラントが、近位組織アンカーを有する近位端と僧帽弁尖付着アンカーを有する遠位端とを有する細長い本体を備える、腱索置換インプラントと、
を備える、腱索置換システム。 - 前記近位組織アンカーが、心尖の組織に係合するために螺旋形組織アンカーを備える、請求項1に記載の腱索置換システム。
- 前記近位組織アンカーが、経中隔横断体の右心室面に係合するためのアンカーを備える、請求項1に記載の腱索置換システム。
- 前記近位組織アンカーが綿撒糸を備える、請求項3に記載の腱索置換システム。
- 前記腱索置換インプラントが前記管状体内で運ばれる、請求項1に記載の腱索置換システム。
- 患者の心臓の僧帽弁を再建する方法であって、当該方法が、
左心室にアクセスするために心臓の静脈又は右側を通過して延びるカテーテルを用いて前記患者の心臓の右心室にアクセスすることと、
前記カテーテルを用いて僧帽弁尖を固定することと、
を備える、方法。 - 僧帽弁を再建する方法であって、当該方法が、カテーテルを用いて経脈管で右心室にアクセスして、心室中隔を通して前記カテーテルを左心室の中へ延ばすことと、前記カテーテルを用いて腱索置換インプラントを留置することと、を備える、僧帽弁を再建する方法。
- 前記腱索置換インプラントが、近位組織アンカーを有する近位端と、僧帽弁尖付着アンカーを有する遠位端と、を備える、請求項7に記載の僧帽弁を再建する方法。
- 腱索置換インプラントを留置することが、心尖の組織を螺旋形組織アンカーと係合することを含む、請求項7に記載の僧帽弁を再建する方法。
- 腱索置換インプラントを留置することが、経中隔横断体の右心室面をアンカーと係合することを含む、請求項7に記載の僧帽弁を再建する方法。
- 前記腱索置換インプラントを前記カテーテルで運ぶことを含む、請求項7に記載の僧帽弁を再建する方法。
