Abstract
Description
前記蛍光体及び前記透明体が混練された前記第1の光透過性樹脂を金型の下型に流入させ、前記金型を閉じて、前記蛍光体及び前記透明体が混練された前記第1の光透過性樹脂に熱と圧力を加えて前記蛍光体及び前記透明体が混練された前記第1の光透過性樹脂を所定の厚さに固体化する工程と、を有する。
図4は、本発明の実施形態に係る蛍光体シートの製造方法を実施した実施例の実施結果を、比較例の実施結果とともに示した図である。

Claims (7)
- 液状の第1の光透過性樹脂に粒子状の蛍光体と粒子状の透明体とを混練する工程と、
前記蛍光体及び前記透明体が混練された前記第1の光透過性樹脂を金型の下型に流入させ、前記金型を閉じて、前記蛍光体及び前記透明体が混練された前記第1の光透過性樹脂に熱と圧力を加えて前記蛍光体及び前記透明体が混練された前記第1の光透過性樹脂を所定の厚さに固体化する工程と、を有する蛍光体シートの製造方法。 - 前記金型を開いて、前記金型から固体化された前記蛍光体及び前記蛍光体が混練された前記第1の光透過性樹脂を取り出す工程と、
前記固体化された前記蛍光体及び前記透明体が混練された前記第1の光透過性樹脂を乾燥させて硬化させる工程と、を更に有する請求項1に記載の蛍光体シートの製造方法。 - 液状の第1の光透過性樹脂に粒子状の蛍光体と粒子状の透明体とを混練する工程と、
前記蛍光体及び前記透明体が混練された前記第1の光透過性樹脂を金型の下型に流入させ、前記金型を閉じて、前記蛍光体及び前記透明体が混練された前記第1の光透過性樹脂に熱と圧力を加えて前記蛍光体及び前記透明体が混練された前記第1の光透過性樹脂を所定の厚さに固体化する工程と、
前記金型を開いて、前記下型に液状の第2の光透過性樹脂を流入させ、前記金型を閉じて、前記固体化された前記第1の光透過性樹脂と、前記第2の光透過性樹脂とに熱と圧力を加えて前記第2の光透過性樹脂を所定の厚さに固体化させるとともに前記第1の光透過性樹脂と前記第2の光透過性樹脂を一体化する工程と、
前記金型を開いて、前記金型から一体化した前記第1の光透過性樹脂及び前記第2の光透過性樹脂を取り出す工程と、
前記一体化した前記第1の光透過性樹脂及び前記第2の光透過性樹脂を乾燥させて硬化させる工程と、を有する蛍光体シートの製造方法。 - 前記透明体は、有機微粒子からなる請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の蛍光体シートの製造方法。
- 前記蛍光体の平均粒径は1〜10μmの範囲内にあり、
前記透明体の平均粒径は0.1〜30μmの範囲内にある請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の蛍光体シートの製造方法。 - 前記第1の光透過性樹脂と前記第2の光透過性樹脂は、同系の樹脂である請求項3に記載の蛍光体シートの製造方法。
- 前記第1の光透過性樹脂及び前記第2の光透過性樹脂は、シリコーン樹脂又はアクリル樹脂である請求項6に記載の蛍光体シートの製造方法。
