The predetermined opening of the lower sieve is appropriately set according to the particle diameter of the coarse particle portion S2 to be removed.
In the present specification, the “particle diameter” refers to a representative particle diameter of soil particles constituting the soil. Representative particle diameter D M, the mesh of the sieve is in the particle size of the soil particles separated by sieves of D L and D U, determined by the following formula (I). For example, the representative particle diameter D M of the soil particles passing through a sieve having a sieve opening of 38 μm is D M = 26.9 μm because D L = 0 μm and D U = 38 μm.
Dioxins are a general term for polychlorinated dibenzopararadioxins (PCDDs), polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDFs), and dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls (DL-PCBs). DL-PCBs refers to polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) having toxicity specific to dioxins. The toxicity of dioxins is expressed using the equivalent amount of toxicity (TEQ) based on the toxicity of 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-1,4-dioxin (TCDD).

(Classification process)
The classification step is a step of obtaining sand content S4 having an arbitrary particle size range from dioxin-contaminated soil S0 containing dioxins. In the present embodiment, the classification step includes a first classification step and a second classification step.
A 1st classification process is a process of isolate | separating into soil S1 below arbitrary particle diameter, and coarse-particle content S2 exceeding arbitrary particle diameter.
The arbitrary particle size is appropriately set according to the degree of contamination of the contaminated soil S0, the allowable size of the
Dioxins are difficult to adsorb on the coarse particle portion S2 having a particle diameter exceeding a predetermined value. For this reason, if the coarse particle content S2 is removed from the contaminated soil S0 in advance, it is easy to improve the cleaning efficiency of the contaminated soil S0. Here, as a predetermined particle diameter, 1-4 mm is mentioned, for example, and 2 mm is especially preferable. In addition, if the coarse particle portion S2 is removed from the contaminated soil S0 in advance, the load on the
Therefore, it is preferable that a classification process has a 1st classification process and a 2nd classification process.
In the first classifying step, first, water W is added to the contaminated soil S0 put in the first classifying
In general, the concentration of dioxins in the coarse particle content S2 is low and is equal to or less than the soil environment standard value (1000 pg-TEQ / g). The coarse particle content S2 exceeding the soil environment standard value is cleaned and processed by a gravel cleaning device such as a log washer. In this way, the coarse particle portion S2 can be reused.
一般に、粒子径の小さい土壌ほどダイオキシン類濃度が高い。このため、土壌S1は、粗粒子分S2よりダイオキシン類濃度が高い。土壌S1は、第二分級装置12へと送られる。
In general, soil with a smaller particle size has a higher dioxin concentration. For this reason, soil S1 has a dioxin density | concentration higher than coarse particle content S2. The soil S1 is sent to the
The second classification step is a step of separating the soil S1 into a fine particle portion S3 having an arbitrary particle diameter and a sand component S4 having an arbitrary particle diameter or larger.
In general, the dioxins concentration in the fine particle portion S3 is high, and the dioxins concentration in the sand portion S4 is low. By separating the fine particle portion S3, the concentration of the dioxins in the collected sand portion S4 is greatly reduced.
As an arbitrary particle diameter, 30-250 micrometers is mentioned, for example.
In the second classification step, the

(Peeling and cleaning process)
The peeling cleaning step is a step of peeling dioxins from the particle surface of the sand S4.
The sand component S4 in the UF is surface-treated with a peeling dispersant in the
Examples of the release dispersant include alcohol, anionic surfactant, cationic surfactant, light oil, kerosene, calcium chloride, sodium carbonate, sodium silicate, lignin sulfonate, and the like. One type of release dispersant may be used alone, or two or more types may be used in combination.
Next, dioxins are physically and chemically separated from the surface of the sand S4 by scrubbing (rubbing by stirring).
It is preferable that a peeling washing process has operation which stirs sand content S4 and rubs each other using the scrubber provided with a stirring tank and a stirring blade. When the peeling cleaning step has the above-described operation, dioxins can be more effectively peeled off from the surface of the sand S4.
The time required for the peeling cleaning step is preferably 2 to 10 minutes, and more preferably 4 to 6 minutes. When the time required for the peeling cleaning step is equal to or more than the above lower limit value, the dioxins are sufficiently easily peeled from the surface of the sand S4. When the time required for the peeling cleaning step is equal to or less than the above upper limit value, the work efficiency is easily improved.
The kind, addition amount, pH condition, and the like of the release dispersant used in the release cleaning process can be adjusted as appropriate according to the concentration, presence form, and the like of the dioxins adsorbed on the sand component S4.

(Removal process)
The removing step is a step of generating bubbles in the presence of water containing a flotation agent, attaching the peeled dioxins to the bubbles to form floss, and removing the floss.
In the removal step, the slurry containing the sand S4 is supplied to the water tank (flotation cell) of the
Conditions under which good floss F is formed vary depending on the type of contaminant, the type of flotation agent, the rotational speed of the stirring blade, the amount of air introduced, and the like. The rotation speed of the stirring blade is preferably adjusted so that the sand S4 does not settle at the bottom of the removing

If the time required for the removal step is equal to or more than the above lower limit value, the floss F can be easily removed sufficiently. When the time required for the removal step is equal to or less than the above upper limit value, the work efficiency is easily improved.
The type, addition amount, pH condition, etc. of the flotation agent used in the removal step can be adjusted as appropriate according to the concentration of dioxins in the slurry containing the sand S4, the slurry concentration, the slurry flow rate, the residence time of the slurry, etc. .

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example is shown and this invention is demonstrated in detail, this invention is not limited to a following example.
土壌S1を含むスラリーは、サイクロン内部で分級され、上部よりOF(粒子径63μm未満の細粒子分S3)が、底部よりUF(粒子径63μm以上2mm以下の砂分S4)が流出した。
[Examples 1 to 5]
In this example, a cleaning treatment test was performed using the contaminated soil S0 having a particle size configuration and a dioxin concentration shown in Table 1. As the first classifier, a circular vibration fluid machine (KGCR-500-2D, Kowa Industrial Co., Ltd.) was used. The contaminated soil S0 was classified into a coarse particle S2 having a particle diameter of more than 2 mm and a soil S1 having a particle diameter of 2 mm or less by a wet two-stage sieve having a sieve opening of 2 mm. Soil S1 having a particle diameter of 2 mm or less was supplied to the second classifier. As the second classifier, a cyclone manufactured by Mozley (classified diameter: 63 μm, supply pressure: 0.1 MPa) was used. The slurry containing the soil S1 was classified inside the cyclone, and OF (fine particle portion S3 having a particle diameter of less than 63 μm) and UF (sand component S4 having a particle diameter of 63 μm or more and 2 mm or less) flowed out from the top. This UF sample was supplied to a peeling cleaning apparatus. As the peeling cleaning apparatus and the removing apparatus, a Denver flotation tester was used. This testing machine has both scrubber and flotation functions. The flotation agent was appropriately adjusted and used. The UF sample was peeled off and washed with a flotation tester to obtain washed sand S5. The washed sand S5 was dehydrated and the concentration of dioxins in the recovered sand S6 was measured as the recovered sand S6. The dioxin removal rate was calculated from the following equation.
Dioxins removal rate (%) = (Dioxins concentration in contaminated soil S0 (pg−TEQ / g) −Dioxins concentration in recovered sand S6 (pg−TEQ / g)) / Dioxins concentration in contaminated soil S0 (pg−) TEQ / g) x 100
The results are shown in Table 1.
表1に示すように、本発明を適用した実施例1〜5において、93.6〜97.6%という非常に高いダイオキシン類除去率が得られた。本発明を適用することにより、ダイオキシン類汚染土壌からのダイオキシン類の除去率をより高められることが分かった。 As shown in Table 1, in Examples 1 to 5 to which the present invention was applied, a very high dioxin removal rate of 93.6 to 97.6% was obtained. By applying this invention, it turned out that the removal rate of dioxins from dioxin contaminated soil can be raised more.
