Claims (11)
- 二酸化炭素の吸収材としてのアミン担持固体吸収剤が、一級アミン及び/又は二級アミンを官能基として有する弱塩基性イオン交換樹脂である二酸化炭素の吸収機能を有するハニカムロータを有し、前記ハニカムロータを少なくとも処理ゾーンと再生ゾーンとに分割し、前記処理ゾーンに処理対象空気を通風することで、その処理対象空気に含まれる二酸化炭素をロータ部分の保持吸収剤に吸収させて処理対象空気から分離除去するようにし、前記再生ゾーンに再生用空気を通風することで保持吸収剤が前記処理ゾーンで吸収した二酸化炭素を、再生用空気に脱離させてロータ部分の保持吸収剤を再生するようにした吸収式除去・濃縮装置であって、処理入口エンタルピより再生入口エンタルピが高くなるように、前記再生ゾーンに通風する再生用加熱空気を湿度調整手段により相対湿度を高く制御するようにした吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記処理ゾーンに通風する処理対象空気を湿度調整手段により相対湿度を高くするようにし、この湿度調整手段として、気化式、水噴霧式、または超音波式などの非加熱式の加湿器を設けた請求項1に記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記処理ゾーンに通風する処理対象空気を湿度調整手段により相対湿度を高くするようにし、この湿度調整手段として、冷却器を設けた請求項1に記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記再生ゾーンに通風する空気を湿度調整手段により相対湿度を高くするようにし、この湿度調整手段として、水加熱式、気化式、水噴霧式、或いは超音波式の加湿器を設けた請求項1〜3いずれかに記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記処理ゾーンを通過した使用済処理空気の一部または全量を循環処理対象空気として、前記処理対象空気とともに前記処理ゾーンに通過させるようにした請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記再生ゾーンを通過した使用済再生用空気の一部を循環再生用空気として前記再生用空気とともに前記再生ゾーンに通過させ、前記再生用空気又は前記循環再生用空気を再生用加熱手段により加熱するとともに、前記再生用加湿手段により加湿した状態で前記再生ゾーンに通風するようにした請求項1〜5いずれかに記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- 前記再生ゾーンに通風する再生用空気の入口と出口に全熱交換器を設けて全熱回収できるようにした請求項1〜6いずれかに記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
- ハニカムロータ1を少なくとも処理ゾーン2、3と再生ゾーン4とに分割し、処理対象空気を処理用加湿手段7により加湿して処理ゾーン2に通過し、処理ゾーン2を通過した使用済処理対象空気の一部または全量を再び処理ゾーン3に通過させる請求項1に記載の吸収式・除去濃縮装置。
- 再生入口エンタルピと処理入口エンタルピの差を制御することにより、二酸化炭素除去率を制御するようにした請求項1〜8いずれかに記載の吸収式除去・濃縮装置。
