Claims (10)
- 骨(2)の表面に置かれるように互いに対して傾いている骨形状適合セクション(3)を有する、骨(2)に取り付けるためのインプラント(1)であって、
2つの骨形状適合セクション(3)が、元の形状で挿入される前記インプラント(1)のサブ領域において互いに対して位置合わせされ、それにより、前記骨(2)を取り囲むことにより3つの空間方向すべてにおいて前記骨に当接する前記インプラント(1)の位置を確実に固定することを特徴とする、インプラント(1)。 - 前記インプラント(1)は、ボアを前記骨(2)に導入するための穿孔テンプレートとして使用することができるように位置合わせされたスクリュ装着穴(8)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の骨(2)に取り付けるためのインプラント(1)。
- 前記スクリュ装着穴(8)が、互いに対して少なくとも斜めに又はねじれて位置合わせされていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の骨(2)に取り付けるためのインプラント(1)。
- 前記スクリュ装着穴(8)のうちの1つの内径が、ドリル及び/又は前記骨(2)の意図された穴の外径に対して調節されることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の骨(2)に取り付けるためのインプラント(1)。
- 前記スクリュ装着穴(8)の内径が、前記意図された骨の穴の約0.8、0.85又は0.9〜0.99倍になることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の骨(2)に取り付けるためのインプラント(1)。
- 前記スクリュ装着穴(8)は、前記インプラント(1)の支持構造(5)の領域に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の骨(2)に取り付けるためのインプラント(1)。
- 前記スクリュ装着穴(8)が、前記支持構造(5)の表面に対して傾く、及び/又は、斜めになるように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の骨(2)に取り付けるためのインプラント(1)。
- 前記インプラント(1)は、ドリルガイドブッシュを備える穿孔テンプレートの形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の骨(2)に取り付けるためのインプラント(1)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント(1)の製造方法であって、
− MRT及び/又はCTによって患者固有の骨構造を取り込む工程と、
− 前記固有の骨構造のCADモデルを生成する工程と、
− 前記患者固有の骨構造の前記CADモデルに基づいて個々に成形されるインプラントのCADモデルを生成する工程と、
− 前記CADモデルに基づいて前記個々に成形されるインプラントを製造する工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 事前に取得した患者固有のデータに基づいて、前記インプラント(1)を移植した後に、前記スクリュ装着穴(8)が、前記骨(2)に穴を導入するために使用することができるドリルのための強制ガイドとして使用できるように、前記スクリュ装着穴(8)が導入されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のインプラント(1)の製造方法。
