Claims (7)
- 歯科補綴物用の頬骨インプラントのガイデッドサージェリーのためのガイドであって、該ガイドは、1対の棒で接続される第1のハーフブッシュと第2のハーフブッシュとを含み、
前記第1及び第2のハーフブッシュと前記1対の棒は、両者の共通の縦方向の正中軸を画定し、前記第1及び第2のハーフブッシュは、前記正中軸に向かって互いに対向するくぼみを有する半円形の断面を有し、
前記第1及び第2のハーフブッシュと前記1対の棒は、作業部材を挿入することができる台座を形成し、
前記作業部材は、前記正中軸に沿って移動可能で、前記正中軸と一致する回転軸の周りを回転し、
前記第1のハーフブッシュは、前庭のくぼみを備えた上顎骨の位置に配置されており、前記第1のハーフブッシュは、前記作業部材の作業深度、すなわち、前庭口蓋貫通を決定し、
前記第2のハーフブッシュは、頬骨領域に配置されることを特徴とする、ガイド。 - 前記第2のブッシュが前記作業部材のための作業部材ガイドを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガイド。
- 前記作業部材ガイドが、前記第1のハーフブッシュの方向に前記第2のハーフブッシュから延びる1対のタブを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のガイド。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも2つのガイドと、
前記ガイドを骨部分に固定することを可能にするように適合した安定化フランジを含む、ガイド組立体。 - 前記安定化フランジは、前記ガイドを口蓋領域および頬骨窩に固定することを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のガイド組立体。
- 前記固定することが、適切に提供された上顎穴に挿入されたセルフタッピング固定ネジまたはピンによって生じることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のガイド組立体。
- 前記安定化フランジが前記少なくとも2つのガイドを相互に接続することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のガイド組立体。
