Description

・カプセル挿入開口にポーションカプセルを挿入する前またはカプセル認識前に、カプセル認識なしにまたはカプセル認識を考慮に入れることなく、ユーザが淹出手順の自動開始を承諾した;
・カプセル認識後に、カプセル認識を考慮に入れることなく、ユーザが淹出手順の開始を承諾した。
Claims (12)
- ポーションカプセルから飲料を準備するための飲料準備マシン(10)であって、前記飲料準備マシン(10)は、電動式淹出モジュール(6)を備え、前記電動式淹出モジュール(6)は、
第1の淹出モジュール部(3)と、これに対して動かすことができる第2の淹出モジュール部(4)とを含み、前記第1および第2の淹出モジュール部によって淹出チャンバを形成することができ、前記淹出チャンバは、淹出手順では、淹出位置に位置する前記ポーションカプセルを少なくとも部分的に取り囲み、前記淹出モジュールは、前記ポーションカプセルに淹出流体を導入することによって淹出飲料を淹出し、この飲料を前記淹出モジュールから排出するように構成され、前記電動式淹出モジュール(6)はさらに、
前記第1の淹出モジュール部(3)に対する前記第2の淹出モジュール部(4)の動きのための電気駆動装置(22)を含み、
前記飲料準備マシン(10)はさらに、カプセル挿入開口(11)を有するハウジングを備え、前記カプセル挿入開口(11)を介して前記ポーションカプセルを前記飲料準備マシン(10)に挿入することができ、
前記飲料準備マシン(10)はさらに、閉鎖ユニット(1)と、センサ(2)とを備え、前記閉鎖ユニット(1)は、手動で操作可能な操作レバー(14)を備え、前記操作レバー(14)は、前記操作レバー(14)が前記カプセル挿入開口(11)を閉鎖する閉鎖位置と、前記カプセル挿入開口(11)にアクセス可能である開放位置との間で回転軸を中心に回動可能であり、前記操作レバーが前記閉鎖位置をとるか否かについては、前記センサによって判断することができることを特徴とする、飲料準備マシン(10)。 - 前記操作レバー(14)は、力を加えることによって回動可能であり、前記閉鎖ユニット(1)はさらに、前記操作レバー(14)の位置に依存する抵抗により前記操作レバー(14)の動きに対抗する抵抗要素(8)を備える、請求項1に記載の飲料準備マシン(10)。
- 前記抵抗は、摩擦および/または弾性変形に基づく、請求項2に記載の飲料準備マシン(10)。
- 前記閉鎖ユニット(1)はさらに、カム(16)を備え、前記カム(16)は、回転軸(15)を中心とした前記操作レバー(14)の回動運動によって動かすことができ、前記操作レバー(14)が前記閉鎖位置をとると、前記操作レバー(14)が前記閉鎖位置をとったことを判断することができるように前記センサ(2)と相互作用するように設計される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の飲料準備マシン(10)。
- 前記第1の淹出モジュール部(3)に対する前記第2の淹出モジュール部(4)の前記動きおよび前記操作レバー(14)の前記動きは、互いに機械的に分離される、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の飲料準備マシン(10)。
- 前記操作レバー(14)は、前記淹出手順中も回動可能である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の飲料準備マシン(10)。
- 前記淹出手順中の前記閉鎖位置から出るような前記操作レバー(14)の回動は、前記淹出手順を停止させる、請求項6に記載の飲料準備マシン。
- 前記飲料準備マシン(10)はさらに、前記操作レバー(14)を作動させることなく前記淹出モジュール(6)から使用済みのポーションカプセルを排出するように構成される、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の飲料準備マシン(10)。
- 表示装置(28)と操作要素(23)とをさらに備え、前記飲料準備マシン(10)は、前記操作要素を介して選択可能な複数の淹出プログラムを、カプセル認識の結果に応じた態様で前記表示装置を介して表示するように構成される、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の飲料準備マシン(10)。
- カプセル認識モジュール(5)をさらに備え、前記カプセル認識モジュール(5)は、前記カプセル挿入開口を介して挿入されてカプセル認識位置に位置するポーションカプセルに対して、予め規定された特徴によってカプセル認識を実行するように構成され、前記飲料準備マシン(10)は、前記操作レバー(14)が前記閉鎖位置をとった後に前記カプセル認識を起動するように構成される、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の飲料準備マシン(10)。
- 前記カプセル認識位置および前記淹出位置は、互いに異なっており、前記カプセル認識位置から前記淹出位置への前記ポーションカプセルの移行は、ユーザによる起動を必要とする、請求項10に記載の飲料準備マシン(10)。
- 前記飲料準備マシン(10)は、前記カプセル認識の実行後であって、前記淹出チャンバが閉鎖される前に、前記カプセル挿入開口を介した前記ポーションカプセルの取り外しを可能にするように構成される、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の飲料準備マシン(10)。
