Claims (10)
- 洗浄プロセスを実施するために当該装置(1a,1b,2)の食品供給管(4a,4b)と連結可能な洗浄液用洗浄容器(7)を含んでなる統合された洗浄システム(7,8,9)を有する、液体食品特に乳製品を注出するための装置であって、
前記食品供給管(4a,4b)に、当該液体食品を満たした貯蔵容器(5)へ通じる吸引導管(12a,12b)を被嵌するための継手(12a′,12b′)が備えられ、前記液体食品を前記食品供給管を経て前記貯蔵容器(5)から送出するために少なくとも一台のポンプ(3a,3b)が設けられ、前記吸引導管(12a,12b)が取り外される際に、前記食品供給管(4a,4b)を前記統合された洗浄システム(7,8,9)と液体導通連結するために前記継手(12a′,12b′)に被嵌可能な連結手段(11a,11b)が設けられ、洗浄のために前記ポンプ(3a,3b)を経て洗浄液が前記洗浄容器(7)から送出されるように構成した装置。 - 前記統合された洗浄システムが、洗浄剤容器(9)並びに、洗浄剤と水、好ましくは温水から当該洗浄液が混合生成される前記洗浄容器(7)へ前記洗浄剤容器(9)から洗浄剤を計量送出するための計量ポンプ(8)を収容する収容スペースを含むように構成した、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記継手(12a′,12b′)がニップルとして形成され、前記吸引導管(12a,12b)が前記ニップル(12a′,12b′)に被嵌可能なチューブカップリングを有する吸引チューブとして形成されるように構成した、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記継手(12a′,12b′)にセンサが配設され、該センサは前記連結手段(11a,11b)及び/又は前記吸引チューブ(12a,12b)が被嵌された状態を認識して、当該装置の制御装置に制御信号を送信し、該信号に応じて前記洗浄プロセスが活性化可能とされるか又は自動的に活性化されるように構成した、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサがリード接点として形成され、前記連結手段(11a,11b)に該リード接点を作動させるための磁石が配置されるように構成した、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記連結手段(11a,11b)が前記装置(2)に可動式に結合されて、吸引導管(12a,12b)が取り外される際に、不活動ポジションから洗浄ポジションへと可動し、該洗浄ポジションにおいて、前記連結手段が前記食品供給管(4a,4b)を前記統合された洗浄システム(7,8,9)と連結するように構成した、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記連結手段(11a,11b)が前記装置(2)のコンソール(10)に配置され、該連結手段が該コンソールに対して一つの軸を中心にして回転可能であると共に、前記連結手段(11a,11b)を前記不活動ポジションから、ニップルとして形成された前記継手(12a′,12b′)に被嵌可能な前記洗浄ポジションへと移動させるために、軸方向に所定の高さストロークだけ変位可能に軸支されるように構成した、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記連結手段(11a,11b)が、嵌め込みブリッジの形で、ニップルとして形成された前記継手(12a′,12b′)とさらに別の、前記洗浄容器(7)に通じるニップル(13a,13b)とに被嵌可能な剛性連結部品として形成されるように構成した、請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記ニップル(12a′,12b′,13a,13b)が前記装置(2)のコンソール(10)に取り付けられ、前記連結部品(11a,11b)が、前記コンソール(10)に対して一つの軸を中心にして回転可能であると共に、前記連結部品(11a,11b)を不活動ポジションから、前記双方のニップル(12a′,12b′,13a,13b)が連結される洗浄ポジションへと移動させるために、軸方向に所定の高さストロークだけ変位可能に軸支された操作レバーに配置されるように構成した、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記継手(12a′,12b′)がニップルとして形成され、前記連結手段(11a,11b)が不活動ポジションにおいて少なくとも一つのブラインドニップル(16a,17a,16b,17b;27)に被嵌可能であるように構成した、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
