Abstract
Description
本願は、2015年2月20日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/118,737号の優先権及びその利得を主張するものであり、その開示内容の全体は参照することによってここに含まれるものとする。
本発明は、滅菌バリアアセンブリと、取付システムと、滅菌バリアアセンブリを介して外科用構成部品を連結する方法とに関する。
Claims (38)
- 第1及び第2の外科用構成部品間にバリアをもたらすように構成される滅菌バリアアセンブリであって、
複数の運動学的連結具を有する保護カバーであって、前記複数の運動学的連結具が、前記第1及び第2の外科用構成部品間における運動の6つの自由度を拘束するように、前記保護カバーを通して前記外科用構成部品間に運動学的連結をもたらす構成である、保護カバー
を備える滅菌バリアアセンブリ。 - 前記保護カバーは、インターフェイスと、前記インターフェイスに取り付けられたドレープとを備えており、
前記インターフェイスは、該インターフェイス内に一体化された前記複数の運動学的連結具を備えている、請求項1に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリ。 - 前記複数の運動学的連結具は複数のボールとしてさらに規定されている、請求項1又は2に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリ。
- 前記複数のボールは、前記外科用構成部品間における運動の前記6つの自由度を拘束するように構成された3つのボールとしてさらに規定されている、請求項3に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリ。
- 前記ボールはセラミックから構成されている、請求項3又は4に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリ。
- 前記ボールは炭化珪素又は炭化タングステンの少なくとも一種から構成されている、請求項3又は4に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリ。
- 前記ボールは鋼から構成されている、請求項3又は4に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリ。
- 前記複数のボールの1つ以上が、データを伝達するように構成された光学的に透明な部分を有している、請求項3〜7のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の運動学的連結具の各々は、互いに対して横方向に移動するように配置されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリ。
- 前記インターフェイスは、前記外科用構成部品間の前記運動学的連結具を与圧するように構成される与圧要素を備えている、請求項2〜9のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリ。
- 前記インターフェイスは複数の電気端子を備えている、請求項2〜10のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリ。
- 前記ドレープは、前記インターフェイスを受け入れるように構成される開口を画定するリングと、前記リングに取り付けられたたるんだ部分とを備えている、請求項2〜11のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリ。
- 前記保護カバーは、前記第1の外科用構成部品への設置中に前記保護カバーを前記第1の外科用構成部品上に支持するように構成される支持部材を備えている、請求項2〜12のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリ。
- 前記インターフェイスは、前記第1の外科用構成部品に係合するように構成される第1のラッチ又は第1の留具の少なくとも1つと、前記第2の外科用構成部品に係合するように構成される第2のラッチ又は第2の留具の少なくとも1つとを備えている、請求項2〜13のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリ。
- 第1及び第2の外科用構成部品を連結するように構成される取付システムであって、
前記第1の外科用構成部品に関連付けられた第1の取付部分と、
前記第2の外科用構成部品に関連付けられた第2の取付部分と、
複数の運動学的連結具を有する保護カバーであって、前記複数の運動学的連結具が、前記取付部分に係合され、かつ前記外科用構成部品間における運動の6つの自由度を拘束するように前記保護カバーを通して前記取付部分間に運動学的連結をもたらす構成である、保護カバーと
を備える取付システム。 - 前記保護カバーは、インターフェイスと、前記インターフェイスに取り付けられたドレープとを備えており、
前記インターフェイスは前記複数の運動学的連結具を備えている、請求項15に記載の取付システム。 - 前記複数の運動学的連結具は複数のボールとしてさらに規定されている、請求項15又は16に記載の取付システム。
- 前記複数のボールは、前記外科用構成部品間における運動の前記6つの自由度を拘束するように構成された3つのボールとしてさらに規定されている、請求項17に記載の取付システム。
- 前記ボールはセラミックから構成されている、請求項17又は18に記載の取付システム。
- 前記ボールは炭化珪素又は炭化タングステンの少なくとも一種から構成されている、請求項17又は18に記載の取付システム。
- 前記ボールは鋼から構成されている、請求項17又は18に記載の取付システム。

- 前記第1の取付部分は、前記複数の運動学的連結具に係合するように構成される第1の複数の接触面を備えており、
前記第2の取付部分は、前記複数の運動学的連結具に係合するように構成される第2の複数の接触面を備えており、
前記接触面は、前記外科用構成部品間における運動の前記6つの自由度を拘束するために前記複数の運動学的連結具と協働するように形作られている、請求項16〜25のいずれか一項に記載の取付システム。 - 前記第1の取付部分は、前記第1の複数の接触面を有する第1の複数の受部を備えており、
前記第2の取付部分は、前記第2の複数の接触面を有する第2の複数の受部を備えている、請求項26に記載の取付システム。 - 前記第1の複数の接触面は、前記複数の運動学的連結具に対して6つのみの接触点をもたらすように構成されている、請求項26又は27に記載の取付システム。
- 前記第2の複数の接触面の各々は円錐形状を有している、請求項26〜28のいずれか一項に記載の取付システム。
- 与圧要素を有する与圧機構を備え、
前記与圧機構は、前記保護カバーを通して前記取付部分を一緒に締め付けるように構成されている、請求項15〜29のいずれか一項に記載の取付システム。 - 前記与圧機構は、前記第1の取付部分に関連付けられた第1の留具又は第1のラッチの1つと、前記第2の取付部分に関連付けられた第2の留具又は第2のラッチの1つとを備えている、請求項30に記載の取付システム。
- 前記与圧要素は負荷部材から構成されている、請求項30又は31に記載の取付システム。
- 前記与圧機構は、前記与圧要素に張力を付与して前記取付部分を一緒に締め付けるように前記与圧要素に操作可能に連結された張力調整装置を備えている、請求項30〜32のいずれか一項に記載の取付システム。
- 前記張力調整装置は、カムシャフト及び前記カムシャフトに回転可能に固定されたレバーを備えており、
前記カムシャフトは、張力付与位置と非張力付与位置との間で回転可能になっている、請求項33に記載の取付システム。 - 前記第1及び第2の外科用構成部品を連結するときに前記保護カバーを前記第1の取付部分上に支持するように構成される支持機構を備える、請求項15〜34のいずれか一項に記載の取付システム。
- 前記保護カバーは、前記第1の取付部分に係合するように構成される第1のラッチ又は第1の留具の少なくとも1つと、前記第2の取付部分に係合するように構成される第2のラッチ又は第2の留具の少なくとも1つとを備えている、請求項15〜35のいずれか一項に記載の取付システム。
- 前記第1の取付部分は、ロボットアームに関連付けられており、
前記第2の取付部分は、エンドエフェクタに関連付けられている、請求項15〜36のいずれか一項に記載の取付システム。 - 第1及び第2の外科用構成部品を連結する方法であって、
請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の滅菌バリアアセンブリを前記第1の外科用構成部品に配置するステップと、
前記第2の外科用構成部品を前記滅菌バリアアセンブリに配置するステップと、
前記滅菌バリアアセンブリを通して前記外科用構成部品を一緒に運動学的に連結するように、与圧要素を与圧するステップと
を含む方法。
