Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 分離不能な封止管連結部を作製するための押圧継手用の押圧スリーブであって、
− 継手本体(6)を受容しかつ押圧セクション(8)を有する受容セクション(4)を有し、
− 前記受容セクション(4)の内径が前記継手本体(6)の外径に適合され、
− 前記押圧セクション(8)の内径が、少なくとも各区分において、前記継手本体(6)の前記外径よりも小さくなるように設計される、
押圧継手用の押圧スリーブにおいて、
− 径方向(R)の内側に弾力的かつ弾性的に締め付けできる少なくとも1つの保持突起(10)が、前記受容セクション(4)に設けられること、および
− 前記保持突起(10)は、前記保持突起(10)が締め付けられていない状態にあるときに径方向(R)において前記受容セクション(4)の内部に少なくとも部分的に突出する自由端セクション(12)を有すること、
を特徴とする、押圧スリーブ。 - 前記押圧スリーブ(2)は成形によって、具体的には、深絞りによって作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の押圧スリーブ。
- 前記保持突起(10)は、前記押圧スリーブの側方内面(14)と側方外面(16)との間に設けられる径方向開口部(18)を通して解放されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の押圧スリーブ。
- 前記押圧スリーブ(2)は、前記受容セクション(4)の領域に、前記継手本体(6)を挿入するために設けられる対面側(20)を有すること、および前記保持突起(10)は、前記対面側(20)から離反する方向において傾斜することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の押圧スリーブ。
- 前記対面側(20)を向く前記保持突起(10)のガイド表面(22)が、前記押圧スリーブ(2)の中心軸(A)に関して角度(α)だけ傾斜するように配置され、前記角度(α)は0°よりも大きく90°よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の押圧スリーブ。
- 前記継手本体(6)上に当接するために設けられる押圧縁部(24)が、前記少なくとも1つの保持突起(10)の前記自由端セクション(12)の領域に形成され、前記押圧縁部(24)は具体的には縁部が鋭いことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の押圧スリーブ。
- 前記受容セクション(4)は、軸方向に測定されるその長さに沿って本質的に一様の開口幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の押圧スリーブ。
- 前記対面側(20)から離反する前記方向に延在する前記押圧セクション(8)は、前記受容セクション(4)に取り付けられ、前記押圧セクションの前記内径は前記対面側(20)から離反する前記方向において先細りすることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の押圧スリーブ。
- 前記対面側(20)から離反する前記方向に延在する端部セクション(26)が、前記押圧セクション(8)に取り付けられ、前記押圧スリーブ(2)は、前記端部セクション(26)の領域において、具体的には、本質的に一様の開口幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の押圧スリーブ。
- 前記受容セクション(4)は前記対面側で円周フランジ(36)に連なることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の押圧スリーブ。
- 2以上の、特に、3以上の保持突起(10)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の押圧スリーブ。
- 前記保持突起(10)は、具体的には、互いに関して規則的な角度距離の位置に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の押圧スリーブ。
- 前記保持突起(10)は、別々の要素として、具体的には、カッティングリング(38)の形態で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の押圧スリーブ。
- − 連結される少なくとも1つの管端部(30)を収容する継手本体(6)を有し、
− 請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の押圧スリーブ(2)を有する、
分離不能な封止管連結部のための押圧継手。 - 暖房設備、空調設備、衛生設備、もしくは飲料水設備、または技術用流体もしくは医療用流体を運ぶ設備における、請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の押圧スリーブまたは押圧継手の使用。
