Claims (9)
- 2つの協働するヘリカルロータ(3)がハウジング(2)内に設けられ、前記ハウジング(2)が、入口ポート(8)と、入口端面(4)と、出口ポート(9)を有する出口端面(6)と、を備え、前記ヘリカルロータ(3)と前記ハウジング(2)との間に圧縮チャンバ(11a,11b)が形成されて、該圧縮チャンバ(11a,11b)が前記ヘリカルロータ(3)の回転によって前記入口ポート(8)から前記出口ポート(9)へ進んでこれにより次第に小さくなる、スクリュータイプのオイル噴射式真空ポンプ要素(1)において、
前記オイル噴射式真空ポンプ要素(1)が、第1の圧縮チャンバ(11a)から前記出口端面(6)にある第2の圧縮チャンバ(11b)まで延びる接続部を備え、前記第1の圧縮チャンバ(11a)が、前記第2の圧縮チャンバ(11b)よりも低圧であり、前記ヘリカルロータ(3)の回転時に前記第2の圧縮チャンバ(11b)が前記出口ポート(9)と接触することができ、前記接続部は、前記第2の圧縮チャンバ(11b)の圧力が低下するように前記第2の圧縮チャンバ(11b)から前記第1の圧縮チャンバ(11a)への流れを可能にするようなものであり、前記接続部が前記出口ポート(9)に直接接続されない、ことを特徴とするオイル噴射式真空ポンプ要素(1)。 - 前記第1の圧縮チャンバ(11a)が、前記入口ポート(8)と及び前記出口端面(6)と接触する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオイル噴射式真空ポンプ要素(1)。
- 前記接続部が、前記出口端面(6)に付加される溝(13)によって実現され、該溝(13)が、前記第1の圧縮チャンバ(11a)から前記第2の圧縮チャンバ(11b)に延びる、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のオイル噴射式真空ポンプ要素(1)。
- 前記溝(13)が少なくともスロット形直線状又は曲線状セクション(15)を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のオイル噴射式真空ポンプ要素(1)。
- 前記溝(13)が、前記スロット形セクション(15)に隣接して拡大セクション(16)を含み、該拡大セクション(16)により前記溝(13)が前記第1の圧縮チャンバ(11a)と少なくとも部分的に重なり合う、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のオイル噴射式真空ポンプ要素(1)。
- 前記接続部が、前記第2の圧縮チャンバ(11b)と少なくとも部分的に重なり合う前記出口端面(6)における溝部と、前記第1の圧縮チャンバ(11a)に通じて接続されたチャンネル又はパイプとによって実現され、前記チャンネル又はパイプが前記ハウジング又はその他に組み込まれている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のオイル噴射式真空ポンプ要素(1)。
- mm2単位の前記接続部の最小断面が、リットル/秒単位の前記オイル噴射式真空ポンプ要素(1)の最大体積流量の0.01〜0.1倍、好ましくは0.01〜0.08倍、より好ましくは又は0.01〜0.06倍、更により好ましくは0.01〜0.04倍である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のオイル噴射式真空ポンプ要素(1)。
- 前記出口端面(6)にて前記第2の圧縮チャンバ(11b)に接続される前記接続部の端部(14b)は、前記接続部と前記第2の圧縮チャンバ(11b)との間の最大接触領域が、リットル/秒単位の前記オイル噴射式真空ポンプ要素(1)の最大体積流量の0.01〜0.1倍、好ましくは0.01〜0.08倍、より好ましくは又は0.01〜0.06倍、更により好ましくは0.01〜0.04倍であるmm2単位の面積を有するように設計される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のオイル噴射式真空ポンプ要素(1)。
- 前記接続部と前記第1の圧縮チャンバ(11a)との間の重なり合いは、前記第2の圧縮チャンバ(11b)の体積がゼロ又は実質的にゼロに達するまで前記ヘリカルロータ(3)の回転時に前記第1の圧縮チャンバ(11a)と前記第2の圧縮チャンバ(11b)との間の接続部が保持されるようなものである、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のオイル噴射式真空ポンプ要素(1)。
