Claims (5)
- 電動機を駆動するインバータを制御する装置において、
初期起動時に予め定められた第1補償電圧を指令電圧として決定して前記インバータに印加する指令電圧決定部と、
前記インバータの出力電流を同期座標系(synchronous reference frame)上のq軸電流(トルク軸電流、トルク分電流)に変換する変換部と、
前記q軸電流から第2補償電圧を決定して前記指令電圧決定部に印加する補償電圧決定部と、を含むことを特徴とする、インバータ制御装置。 - 前記指令電圧決定部は、前記第1補償電圧を前記第2補償電圧で補償して決定した指令電圧を前記インバータに印加するように構成される、請求項1に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記指令電圧決定部は、前記インバータの指令周波数が目標周波数に到達すると、目標指令電圧を固定して出力するように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記補償電圧決定部は、前記q軸電流をゲインで増幅して前記第2補償電圧を出力し、前記ゲインが固定子抵抗に対応するように構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のインバータ制御装置。
- 前記補償電圧決定部は、
予め設定された定格トルク分電流を第1ゲインで増幅し、増幅した定格トルク分電流を出力する第1増幅器と、
前記q軸電流から、前記第1増幅器からの前記増幅した定格トルク分電流を減算して出力する減算器と、
前記減算器の出力と所定の基準電流値とを比較し、前記減算器の出力が前記所定の基準電流値より小さくない場合にロジックハイを出力する比較器と、
前記比較器の出力と前記q軸電流を乗算し、前記比較器の出力がロジックハイの場合に前記q軸電流を出力する乗算器と、
前記q軸電流のリップル成分を減衰させ、前記リップル成分が減衰したq軸電流を出力するローパスフィルタと、
前記ローパスフィルタからの前記リップル成分が減衰したq軸電流を第2ゲインで増幅して前記第2補償電圧を出力する第2増幅器と、を含む、請求項4に記載のインバータ制御装置。
