Claims (5)
- 軸線に沿って延びる軸状の第1取付具と、
前記第1取付具の外形よりも大きい開口部を少なくとも一方に有する筒状の第2取付具と、
前記第1取付具と前記第2取付具の前記開口部とに少なくとも接合されるゴム弾性体からなる防振基体と、を備え、
前記第1取付具は、前記防振基体が外周に接合される接合部と、
前記接合部に連接されると共に前記防振基体が接合されるフランジ部と、を備え、
前記接合部は、前記フランジ部と前記接合部とが連絡する隅を取った面取部と、
前記面取部の軸線方向に連接される基部と、
前記基部の軸線方向に連接される先端部と、を備え、
前記接合部は、少なくとも前記先端部において、前記軸線と直交する第1方向へ投影した第1の投影面の面積よりも、前記軸線および前記第1方向と直交する第2方向へ投影した第2の投影面の面積が大きく設定される防振装置。 - 前記基部は、前記第1の投影面の面積と前記第2の投影面の面積とが、実質的に同じ大きさである請求項1記載の防振装置。
- 前記第1取付具は、前記フランジ部の前記接合部の反対側の面を覆うゴム弾性体からなるストッパ部を備え、
前記第2取付具に固定されると共に前記ストッパ部と前記軸線方向に対面し前記第1取付具の相対変位を規制する規制部材を備える請求項1又は2に記載の防振装置。 - 前記フランジ部は、前記面の周方向に断続的に設けられる軸線方向に突出する突部と、前記突部間の平坦部と、を備え、
前記ストッパ部は、前記平坦部を前記ゴム弾性体が覆う第1部と、前記突部を前記ゴム弾性体が覆う第2部とを備え、
前記第2部における前記ゴム弾性体の前記軸線方向の厚さは、前記第1部における前記ゴム弾性体の前記軸線方向の厚さより小さい請求項3記載の防振装置。 - 前記第1部は、前記第1方向または前記第2方向に配置される請求項4記載の防振装置。
