Abstract
【解決手段】シフトセンサ64、66、68、70の異常判定時に駆動装置40によって維持されていたシフトレンジと車両の車速Vもしくは加速度αとに基づいて、シフトレンジを選択することによって、フェールセーフによってニュートラルレンジへの切替りによる自走不可能な状態を回避し、退避走行を維持することができる。

Claims (3)
- 少なくとも3つのセンサからそれぞれ出力される信号に基づいてシフト操作子のシフト位置を決定する車両のシフト制御装置において、
前記センサのうち正常なセンサが2つ以下と判定された場合に、前記車両の車速が予め設定された車速閾値以上の場合、前記判定時に維持されていたシフト位置を選択し、前記車両の車速が前記車速閾値未満の場合、ニュートラル位置を選択する
ことを特徴とする車両のシフト制御装置。 - 前記判定時に維持されていたシフト位置がパーキング位置の場合、前記パーキング位置を維持する
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両のシフト制御装置。 - 前記シフト位置がパーキング位置もしくはニュートラル位置以外の場合に、前記車両の加速度が予め設定された加速度閾値αa未満となるように駆動力を制限する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または、請求項2の車両のシフト制御装置。
