- 動画を表示した状態で、ユーザー自身の身体部位の一部としての訓練対象部位が視認できる表示部と、
ユーザー自身の前記訓練対象部位の位置と異なる位置に、前記訓練対象部位が運動しているように見える動画を前記表示部に表示させる制御部と、
を備える運動訓練装置。 - 頭部装着型表示装置である
請求項1に記載の運動訓練装置。 - 前記表示部は、光学透過型である
請求項2に記載の運動訓練装置。 - 現実空間を撮像するカメラを更に備え、
前記表示部は、ビデオ透過型であり、
前記制御部は、前記カメラによって撮像された前記訓練対象部位を、前記訓練対象部位の現実空間の位置に対応させて前記表示部に表示させる
