Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a suspension system having a vehicle height adjustment function for adjusting the vehicle height by the hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic cylinder provided between a vehicle body and a wheel holding member.
Conventionally, as proposed in
Each hydraulic cylinder is connected to a high pressure accumulator having a large spring constant and a low pressure accumulator having a small spring constant. A passage that connects the hydraulic cylinder and the low-pressure accumulator is provided with a spring switching valve that can be switched between a state in which communication between the hydraulic cylinder and the low-pressure accumulator is allowed. Therefore, the wheel rate can be switched by opening and closing the spring switching valve.
In this suspension system, during normal running, the wheel rate is set small (soft) by connecting the high pressure accumulator and the low pressure accumulator to the hydraulic cylinder (spring switching valve: open). On the other hand, at the time of sudden turning and sudden acceleration / deceleration, the communication between the hydraulic cylinder and the low-pressure accumulator is cut off (spring switching valve: closed), and the wheel rate is set to be large (hard). The wheel rate is the spring constant at the wheel position, and the ratio of the change in the wheel ground load and the change in the vertical distance (wheel travel) between the vehicle body and the wheel center at that wheel, ie, the unit wheel travel. It represents the amount of change in the ground load of the wheel that is required to be generated.
In the above system, the hydraulic oil is supplied to the hydraulic cylinder by supplying the hydraulic oil to the low-pressure accumulator and the high-pressure accumulator at the same time. Then, the hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic cylinder increases and the piston rod rises, so that the vehicle height rises. For this reason, there is much hydraulic oil amount required in order to raise vehicle height, and in connection with this, time required in order to raise vehicle height becomes long.
Accordingly, the applicant of the present application has invented a new suspension system capable of independently performing the supply and discharge of hydraulic oil for the hydraulic cylinder and the supply and discharge of hydraulic oil for the low-pressure accumulator. This new suspension system is provided with a bypass passage for bypassing the individual control valve and the spring switching valve to connect the low-pressure accumulator and the hydraulic oil supply / discharge device, and a bypass valve for opening and closing the bypass passage. Accordingly, by supplying hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil supply / discharge device to the hydraulic cylinder with the bypass valve and the spring switching valve closed, the vehicle height can be increased without supplying hydraulic oil to the low-pressure accumulator. it can. That is, in this suspension system, it is possible to quickly raise the vehicle height using a small amount of hydraulic oil.
When the spring switching valve is opened from the state in which the vehicle height is raised in this way, the hydraulic cylinder and the low pressure accumulator communicate with each other. Then, the hydraulic oil moves between the two due to the differential pressure between them, and the piston rod in the hydraulic cylinder moves, so the vehicle height fluctuates. Therefore, in this new system, after the vehicle height rise is completed, the bypass valve is opened with the individual control valve and the spring switching valve closed, and the hydraulic pressure of the low-pressure accumulator becomes equal to the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder. As described above, the hydraulic oil is supplied from the hydraulic oil supply / discharge device to the low-pressure accumulator through the bypass passage. Thereby, even if it opens a spring switching valve after that, it can prevent that vehicle height changes.
However, for example, when the bypass passage is clogged, the hydraulic oil cannot flow through the bypass passage. That is, in this case, even if the bypass valve is opened after the vehicle height increase is completed and hydraulic fluid is supplied from the hydraulic fluid supply / discharge device to the low-pressure accumulator, the hydraulic pressure of the low-pressure accumulator becomes lower than the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder ( Not equal).
Therefore, when the spring switching valve is opened in this state, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder flows to the low pressure accumulator side. Accordingly, since the piston rod in the hydraulic cylinder moves, the vehicle height fluctuates.
Therefore, in this suspension system, it is necessary to detect whether there is an abnormality in the bypass passage.
The present invention has been made to address the above-described problems. That is, one of the objects of the present invention is to provide a suspension system capable of reliably detecting whether or not there is an abnormality in the function of communicating the second gas spring of the bypass passage and the supply / discharge source passage.

In the present invention, a hydraulic cylinder is provided between the wheel holding member and the vehicle body in each of the left and right front and rear wheels of the vehicle. The hydraulic cylinder accommodates hydraulic oil and expands and contracts in accordance with a change in distance between the wheel holding member and the vehicle body.
Each hydraulic cylinder is provided with a first gas spring and a second gas spring. The first gas spring includes a first gas chamber and a first oil chamber that communicates with the hydraulic cylinder, and the amount of hydraulic oil stored in the first oil chamber changes according to the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder. Functions as a hydraulic spring. The second gas spring includes a second gas chamber and a second oil chamber that communicates with the hydraulic cylinder, and the amount of hydraulic oil stored in the second oil chamber changes according to the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder. Functions as a hydraulic spring.
About this 2nd gas spring, the state which accept | permits communication with a hydraulic cylinder and the state which interrupts | blocks are switched by the spring switching valve. Therefore, when the spring switching valve is opened, the hydraulic cylinder is in a state where it is in communication with both the first gas spring and the second gas spring, that is, in a state where the wheel rate is set small (soft). Further, by closing the spring switching valve, the hydraulic cylinder is in a state where it communicates only with the first gas spring of the first gas spring and the second gas spring, that is, the wheel rate is set high. State (hard).
By adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic oil stored in the hydraulic cylinder, the vehicle height at the wheel position where the hydraulic cylinder is provided can be adjusted. In each hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic oil is supplied and discharged by a hydraulic oil supply / discharge device and a hydraulic supply / discharge hydraulic control circuit, thereby adjusting the vehicle height. The hydraulic oil supply / discharge device includes, for example, a high pressure source (for example, a pump) for supplying hydraulic oil to a hydraulic cylinder, and a low pressure source (for example, a reservoir tank) for discharging hydraulic oil from the hydraulic cylinder. Yes. The supply / discharge hydraulic pressure control circuit has a supply / discharge source passage that is connected to the hydraulic oil supply / discharge device and serves as a flow path for the hydraulic oil, and a source valve that opens and closes the supply / discharge source passage.
The suspension system includes a vehicle height adjustment hydraulic control circuit and a second gas spring hydraulic control circuit provided corresponding to each hydraulic cylinder. The vehicle height adjustment hydraulic control circuit is a vehicle height adjustment passage that opens and closes a vehicle height adjustment passage that is a flow path of hydraulic oil that connects each of the hydraulic cylinders to the supply / discharge source passage. Has a valve. Therefore, the vehicle height can be adjusted by adjusting the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder of the vehicle height adjustment target wheel by opening the original valve and the vehicle height adjustment valve of the vehicle height adjustment target wheel.
The second gas spring hydraulic control circuit bypasses the spring switching valve and the vehicle height adjusting valve, and connects the second gas spring and the supply / exhaust source passage to each other and a bypass passage that is a flow passage of hydraulic oil, and And a bypass valve for opening and closing the bypass passage. Therefore, the hydraulic pressure of the arbitrary second gas spring can be independently adjusted by opening the original valve and the optional bypass valve.
The vehicle height increase control means closes the spring switching valve and bypass valve and opens the original valve and the vehicle height adjustment valve to supply the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil supply / discharge device to the hydraulic cylinder of each wheel. By doing so, the vehicle height of each wheel position is raised to the target vehicle height. Therefore, since the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted without supplying hydraulic oil to the second gas spring, the amount of hydraulic oil required for raising the vehicle height can be reduced, and the vehicle height raising time can be shortened. .
The vehicle height lowering control means closes the spring switching valve and the bypass valve and opens the original valve and the vehicle height adjusting valve to open the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil supply / discharge device to the hydraulic cylinder of each wheel. By stopping the supply, the vehicle height at each wheel position is lowered to the target vehicle height. Accordingly, since the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted without discharging hydraulic oil from the second gas spring, the amount of hydraulic oil required for lowering the vehicle height can be reduced, and the vehicle height lowering time can be shortened. .
In this way, when the vehicle height is raised and lowered, no special device is applied in the configuration in which the hydraulic oil is not supplied to the second gas spring and the hydraulic oil is not discharged from the second gas spring. When the wheel switching is performed by opening the spring switching valve, the hydraulic oil flows between the hydraulic cylinder and the second gas spring, and the vehicle height fluctuates. Therefore, in the present invention, a hydraulic pressure sensor, a hydraulic pressure storage means, and a second gas spring hydraulic pressure adjustment means are provided.
The hydraulic pressure sensor is provided in a hydraulic oil flow path located on the hydraulic cylinder side of the original valve and on the original valve side of the bypass valve and the vehicle height adjusting valve, and detects the hydraulic pressure of the flow path. Therefore, this hydraulic pressure sensor can detect the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder when the vehicle height adjusting valve is opened, and can detect the hydraulic pressure of the second gas spring when the bypass valve is opened. it can. The hydraulic pressure storage means stores the hydraulic pressure detected by the hydraulic pressure sensor when the vehicle height rises or falls to the target vehicle height for each wheel position.
The second gas spring hydraulic pressure adjusting means adjusts the hydraulic pressures of the second gas springs to the hydraulic pressures corresponding to the wheel positions stored in the hydraulic pressure storage means after the vehicle height has been raised or lowered to the target vehicle height. The hydraulic pressure of the second gas spring is adjusted. In this case, the second gas spring hydraulic pressure adjusting means maintains the spring switching valve and the vehicle height adjusting valve in the closed state and opens the bypass valve one by one with the hydraulic oil supply / discharge device and the second gas. When the hydraulic oil is circulated between the springs and the hydraulic pressure detected by the hydraulic pressure sensor reaches the hydraulic pressure corresponding to the wheel position stored in the hydraulic pressure storage means, the bypass valve is closed. As a result, when there is no abnormality in the function of communicating the second gas spring of the bypass passage and the supply / discharge source passage, the hydraulic pressure of the second gas spring can be made the same as the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, in this case, the vehicle height can be prevented from changing even if the spring switching valve is subsequently opened.
In the suspension system of the present invention, in the process in which the second gas spring hydraulic pressure adjusting means adjusts the hydraulic pressure of the second gas spring, is there an abnormality in the function of communicating the second gas spring of the bypass passage with the supply / discharge source passage? Bypass passage abnormality detection means for determining whether or not is provided.
For example, when there is no abnormality in the function of communicating the second gas spring of the bypass passage with the supply / discharge source passage (that is, when the bypass passage is not substantially clogged), the spring switching valve and the vehicle height When the adjustment valve is in the closed state and the bypass valve is in the open state, the change rate of the oil pressure detected by the oil pressure sensor becomes a predetermined normal range.
On the other hand, when there is an abnormality in the function of communicating the second gas spring of the bypass passage with the supply / discharge source passage (that is, when the bypass passage is substantially clogged), the spring switching valve and the vehicle height When the adjustment valve is in the closed state and the bypass valve is in the open state, the change rate of the oil pressure detected by the oil pressure sensor is out of the normal range.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to reliably detect whether or not there is an abnormality in the function of communicating the second gas spring of the bypass passage with the supply / discharge source passage.

Hereinafter, regarding the symbols attached to the end of the reference numerals, FL is a member provided corresponding to the left front wheel, FR is a member provided corresponding to the right front wheel, and RL is provided corresponding to the left rear wheel. RR represents a member provided corresponding to the right rear wheel, but in the specification, when there is no need to identify the corresponding wheel, the symbol at the end is omitted.
The suspension device 10 includes a wheel holding member 11 (for example, a lower arm) that holds each of the left and right front and rear wheels W, and four hydraulic cylinders 20 provided between each wheel holding member 11 and the vehicle body. Although not shown, a suspension spring (coil spring) is provided in parallel with the hydraulic cylinder 20 between each wheel holding member 11 and the vehicle body. The hydraulic cylinder 20 functions as a shock absorber and expands and contracts in accordance with a change in the distance between the wheel holding member 11 and the vehicle body.
Each hydraulic cylinder 20 has the same structure, and includes a

A main accumulator 31 and a leveling valve 61 are connected to each individual supply / discharge passage 51 in order from the side closer to the hydraulic cylinder 20. The main accumulator 31 functions as a hydraulic gas spring provided separately from the suspension spring (coil spring).
The individual supply / discharge passage 51 corresponds to the vehicle height adjustment passage of the present invention. The main accumulator 31 corresponds to the first gas spring of the present invention. The leveling valve 61 corresponds to the vehicle height adjusting valve of the present invention. Therefore, the configuration including the individual supply / discharge passage 51 and the leveling valve 61 corresponds to the vehicle height adjustment hydraulic control circuit of the present invention.

The leveling valve 61 is a normally closed electromagnetic on-off valve that operates during vehicle height adjustment to open and close the individual supply / discharge passage 51.
An individual rate switching passage 52 is branched and connected to each individual supply / discharge passage 51 at a position between the leveling valve 61 and the hydraulic cylinder 20. A spring switching valve 62 and a sub-accumulator 32 are connected to the individual rate switching passage 52 in order from the side closer to the connection position with the individual supply / discharge passage 51.
The auxiliary accumulator 32 corresponds to the second gas spring of the present invention.
The sub accumulator 32 includes a
The secondary accumulator 32 has a smaller spring constant than the main accumulator 31. The main accumulator 31 and the sub accumulator 32 can employ any type such as a bellows type, a bladder type, and a piston type. In the present embodiment, the main accumulator 31 is a metal bellows type accumulator excellent in gas permeability resistance at a high compression pressure. Further, as the sub-accumulator 32, a bladder accumulator with a resin film that can secure a relatively large capacity and has excellent gas permeability is adopted.
The spring switching valve 62 is a normally open electromagnetic on-off valve that operates when the wheel rate is switched. When the spring switching valve 62 is open, the main accumulator 31 and the sub accumulator 32 are connected in parallel to the hydraulic cylinder 20, and when the spring switching valve 62 is closed, the hydraulic cylinder The communication between the main accumulator 32 and the sub accumulator 32 is blocked (it can also be expressed that the communication between the main accumulator 31 and the sub accumulator 32 is blocked). Hereinafter, the main accumulator 31 is referred to as a high gas spring 31, and the sub accumulator 32 is referred to as a low gas spring 32.
As described above, the suspension device 10 includes the wheel holding member 11, the hydraulic cylinder 20, and the high gas spring 31 and the low gas spring 32 that are connected to the hydraulic cylinder 20 in parallel.

In FIG. 1, the common supply /

The
The hydraulic oil supply /
The
Note that the hydraulic oil supply /

As described above, the
The
The
Examples of the
The
The vehicle height selection switch is a switch that selects a target vehicle height from among a normal vehicle height, a low vehicle height, and a high vehicle height by an operation of the driver. The vehicle height adjustment off switch is a switch that prohibits vehicle height control by a driver's operation.
The
The
First, wheel rate switching control will be described. In the suspension system of the present embodiment, for each wheel W, the wheel rate of the wheel W can be switched by switching communication and blocking between the low gas spring 32 and the hydraulic cylinder 20 at the wheel position. In other words, the open / closed control of the spring switching valve 62 allows the hydraulic cylinder 20 and the low gas spring 32 to be in a communication state / blocking state (can be expressed as a communication state / blocking state between the high gas spring 31 and the low gas spring 32). By switching, the wheel rate can be switched between small (soft) and large (hard).
For example, the
Next, vehicle height control will be described. Based on the vehicle height selected by the vehicle height selection switch and the signals detected by the
For example, the
The
When it is necessary to change the vehicle height, the
The vehicle height increase control main routine (hereinafter simply referred to as the main routine) includes a vehicle height increase control subroutine and a low gas spring hydraulic pressure adjustment subroutine that is started after execution of the vehicle height increase control subroutine.
In the suspension system of the present embodiment, when the vehicle height is raised, the hydraulic switching cylinder 62 is closed to prevent the hydraulic oil from flowing between the hydraulic cylinder 20 and the low gas spring 32. 20 is supplied with hydraulic fluid. As a result, the amount of hydraulic oil required to raise the vehicle height to the target vehicle height can be reduced, and the time required for raising the vehicle height can be shortened. After the vehicle height rises to the target vehicle height, when the spring switching valve 62 is opened (when the individual bypass passage 53 and the bypass valve 63 are not provided), the hydraulic cylinder 20 and the low pressure gas spring 32 communicate with each other. The hydraulic oil moves between the two due to the differential pressure between them. Then, since the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder 20 changes, the vehicle height changes. Therefore, the
The vehicle height raising control subroutine is a process for raising the vehicle height by supplying hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder 20 while preventing hydraulic oil from flowing between the hydraulic cylinder 20 and the low gas spring 32. On the other hand, the low gas spring hydraulic pressure adjustment subroutine is a process of adjusting the hydraulic pressure of the low pressure gas spring 32 to the same pressure as the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder 20. The low gas spring hydraulic pressure adjustment subroutine also includes processing for detecting whether or not there is an abnormality in the hydraulic oil communication function of the individual bypass passage 53.
First, the vehicle height increase control subroutine will be described. FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing a vehicle height increase control subroutine. FIG. 6 (and FIGS. 7, 8, and 10) is a timing chart showing operating states of the valves and the pump device, and changes in hydraulic pressure and vehicle height. When the vehicle height increase control subroutine is started, the
Subsequently, in step S12, the
Subsequently, in step S14, the
In this vehicle height increase control subroutine (between time t1 and time t2 in FIG. 6), hydraulic fluid does not flow from the common supply /
Subsequently, in step S16 (at time t2 in FIG. 6), the
Thus, when the vehicle height adjustment for all four wheels is completed, the ECU ends the vehicle height increase control subroutine (S10) and advances the process to the low gas spring hydraulic pressure adjustment subroutine (S100). The timing at which this low gas spring hydraulic pressure adjustment subroutine is started corresponds to time t2 in FIG.
When the low gas spring hydraulic pressure adjustment subroutine is started, the
Subsequently, in step S102, the
If it determines with No by step S102, ECU100 will switch the bypass valve 63 of a selection wheel from a valve closing state to a valve opening state in step S103. Then, since the hydraulic oil on the common supply /
Subsequently, the
When the detected value Px reaches the vehicle height adjustment completion pressure P0-U (S104: Yes), the
As described above, when the bypass valve 63 is opened in step S103, the four-wheel leveling valve 61 and the spring switching valve 62 are closed. Therefore, when the bypass valve 63 is opened in step S103, the hydraulic oil accumulated in the
In this graph, the rate of change of the detected value Px of the pressure sensor 90 (= change amount of the detected value Px / time, that is, the amount of change per unit time between the time t2 and the time t3) and the graph representing the rate of change. The inclination angle θ (inclination of the portion between time t2 and time t3 in the graph of FIG. 6) is in the relationship of the following equation (1).
Rate of change = tan θ (1)
These θ1, θ2, and θ3 are the values of θ when the individual bypass passage 53 is intentionally clogged in various modes (degrees) and the same processing as in steps S103 and S104 is executed in each clogging mode. Obtained by conducting an experiment to measure the value. When the individual bypass passage 53 is not substantially clogged, θ1 ≦ θ ≦ θ2. On the other hand, when the individual bypass passage 53 is substantially clogged, θ2 <θ.
When θ calculated by
When the
After completing the process in step S107, the
After completing the process of step S108, the
Subsequently, in step S110, the
By the way, when the individual bypass passage 53 is substantially clogged, the individual bypass passage 53 cannot exhibit the intended communication function. In other words, when the individual bypass passage 53 exhibits the intended communication function, the bypass valve 63 is opened and the leveling valve 61 and the spring switching valve 62 are closed (time t2 in FIG. 6). And the time t3), the amount of hydraulic oil flowing through the individual bypass passage 53 decreases. Therefore, the inclination angle θ of the detection value Px of the
Therefore, in this case, in step S105, the
FIG. 7 shows a case where the individual bypass passage 53 is slightly clogged. Therefore, at this time, θ2 <θ ≦ θ3. Therefore, the
On the other hand, FIG. 8 shows a case where the individual bypass passage 53 is completely clogged or almost completely clogged. Hereinafter, this state of the individual bypass passage 53 is referred to as a “completely clogged state”. Therefore, at this time, θ3 <θ. Therefore, the
Thus, when ECU100 determines with "No" in step S105, ECU100 operates the alerting | reporting
Subsequently, in step S114, the
When θ3 <θ (when the individual bypass passage 53 is in a completely clogged state), the
Subsequently, in step S116, the
If the
In this case, the low gas spring 32 and the common supply /
Therefore, if the
In the case shown in FIG. 7 (θ2 <θ ≦ θ3), if the processing of steps S103 to 108 is executed, the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder 20 of the selected wheel and the low gas spring 32 when the processing of step S106 is completed. Is not the same pressure (time t3a in FIG. 7).
Therefore, if the spring switching valve 62 is opened at time t3a, the hydraulic oil moves from the hydraulic cylinder 20 to the low gas spring 32, and eventually the hydraulic pressures of the hydraulic cylinder 20 and the low gas spring 32 become equal (time t4a in FIG. 7). reference). Accordingly, when the spring switching valve 62 is opened, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 20 moves, so that the vehicle height changes from the target vehicle height L0-U (becomes lower. Two-dot chain line in FIG. 7). reference).
Therefore, as will be described later (as shown in FIG. 10), in this case, the spring switching valve 62 does not open at time t3a.
On the other hand, if “No” is determined in step S114, the
In this case, the low gas spring 32 and the common supply /
In step S201, the
In step S202, the ECU 10 stands by until this constant state (steady state) continues for a predetermined time. When this constant state (steady state) continues for a predetermined time (time t5 in FIG. 10), the
By the way, if the detected value Px of the
Therefore, the original bypass passage 53 is intentionally clogged in various modes (degrees), and an experiment is performed to measure the value of (P0-U)-(Pg-U) in each clogging mode. Immediately after the
In the storage device of the
The ECU 10 that has finished the process of step S202 calculates a corrected target pressure Pt-U based on the measured magnitude of (P0-U)-(Pg-U) and the map in step S203.
ECU10 which finished the process of step S203 operates the
Further, in step S205, the ECU 10 switches the
Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the detected value Px and the oil pressure of the low gas spring 32 gradually increase from the steady pressure Pg-U.
After completing the process of step S205, the
If it determines with "Yes" in step S206, ECU100 will stop the

Further, in step S209, the
Further, the
At this time, since the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder 20 of the selected wheel and the hydraulic pressure of the low gas spring 32 are approximately the same, the hydraulic cylinder 20 operates from the hydraulic cylinder 20 to the low gas spring 32 when the spring switching valve 62 is opened at time t8. Oil does not move. Therefore, when the spring switching valve 62 is opened, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 20 does not move, so the vehicle height does not change from the target vehicle height L0-U (does not drop) (see FIG. 10).
After completing the process of step S210, the
Next, control when lowering the vehicle height will be described. FIG. 11 shows a vehicle height lowering control main routine executed by the
Similar to the vehicle height increase control main routine, the vehicle height decrease control main routine (hereinafter simply referred to as the main routine) includes a vehicle height decrease control subroutine and a low gas spring hydraulic pressure adjustment subroutine.
First, the vehicle height lowering control subroutine will be described. FIG. 12 is a flowchart showing a vehicle height lowering control subroutine. FIG. 15 (and FIGS. 16, 17, and 19) is a timing chart showing operating states of the valves and the pump device, and changes in hydraulic pressure and vehicle height. When the vehicle height lowering control subroutine is started, the
On the other hand, in the vehicle height lowering control subroutine and the low gas spring hydraulic pressure adjustment subroutine following the vehicle height lowering control subroutine, the
Subsequently, in step S32, the
Subsequently, in step S33, the
In this vehicle height lowering control subroutine (between time t1 and time t2 in FIG. 15), hydraulic oil does not flow from the low gas spring 32 to the common supply /
Subsequently, in step S35 (at time t2 in FIG. 15), the
Thus, when the vehicle height adjustment for all four wheels is completed, the ECU ends the vehicle height lowering control subroutine (S30) and advances the process to the low gas spring hydraulic pressure adjustment subroutine (S300). The timing at which the low gas spring hydraulic pressure adjustment subroutine is started corresponds to time t2 in FIG.
When the low gas spring hydraulic pressure adjustment subroutine is started, the
If it determines with No in step S302, ECU100 will switch the bypass valve 63 of a selection wheel from a valve closing state to a valve opening state in step S303. Then, since the hydraulic oil on the low gas spring 32 side flows to the common supply /
After completing the process of step S303, the

When the
After completing the process in step S306, the
ECU100 which finished the process of step S307 progresses to step S308, and switches the
Subsequently, the
By the way, when the individual bypass passage 53 is substantially clogged, compared with the case where the individual bypass passage 53 exerts the intended communication function, the
Therefore, in this case, in step S305, the
FIG. 16 shows a case where the individual bypass passage 53 is slightly clogged. Therefore, at this time, θ5 <θ ≦ θ6. Therefore, the
On the other hand, FIG. 17 shows that the individual bypass passage 53 is completely clogged. Therefore, at this time, θ6 <θ. Therefore, the
In this way, when the
Subsequently, in step S313, the
When θ6 <θ (when the individual bypass passage 53 is in a completely clogged state), in step S314, the
Then, ECU100 performs the process of step S315 and 316. The processes in steps S315 and S316 are the same as the processes in S116 and S118, respectively. That is, the
Note that if the
In this case, the low gas spring 32 and the common supply /
Therefore, when the
Also in the case shown in FIG. 16 (θ5 <θ ≦ θ6), if the processing of steps S303 to S308 is executed, the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder 20 of the selected wheel and the low gas spring 32 when the processing of step S306 is completed. Does not become the same pressure (time t3a in FIG. 16).
Therefore, if the spring switching valve 62 is opened at time t3a, the hydraulic oil moves from the low gas spring 32 to the hydraulic cylinder 20, and eventually the hydraulic pressures of the hydraulic cylinder 20 and the low gas spring 32 become equal (time t4a in FIG. 16). reference). Therefore, when the spring switching valve 62 is opened, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 20 moves, so that the vehicle height changes from the target vehicle height L0-D (is increased. The two-dot chain line in FIG. reference).
Therefore, as will be described later (as shown in FIG. 19), in this case, the spring switching valve 62 does not open at time t3a.
On the other hand, if “No” is determined in step S313, the
In this case, the low gas spring 32 and the common supply /
In step S401, the
In step S402, the ECU 10 waits until this constant state (steady state) continues for a predetermined time. When this constant state (steady state) continues for a predetermined time (time t5 in FIG. 19), the
As in the case of the vehicle height increase control, if the detected value Px of the
Therefore, the original bypass passage 53 is intentionally clogged in various modes (degrees), and an experiment is performed to measure the value of (Pg-D)-(P0-D) in each clogging mode. Immediately after the
In the storage device of the
In step S403, the ECU 10 that has finished the process of step S402 calculates a corrected target pressure Pt-D based on the measured magnitude of (Pg-D)-(P0-D) and the map.
ECU10 which finished the process of step S403 switches the
Then, as shown in FIG. 19, the detected value Px and the oil pressure of the low gas spring 32 gradually decrease from the steady pressure Pg-D.
After completing the process of step S404, the
If it determines with "Yes" at step S405, ECU100 will switch the
Further, in step S407, the
Further, in step S408, the
At this time, since the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder 20 of the selected wheel and the hydraulic pressure of the low gas spring 32 are approximately the same, when the spring switching valve 62 is opened at time t8, the hydraulic cylinder 20 is operated from the low gas spring 32. Oil does not move. Therefore, when the spring switching valve 62 is opened, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 20 does not move, so that the vehicle height does not change (does not rise) from the target vehicle height L0-D (see FIG. 19).
ECU100 which finished the process of step S408 complete | finishes a vehicle height fall correction control subroutine.
In addition, when the individual bypass passage 53 has a hole due to interference with the ground (road surface) or the like, the hydraulic oil leaks from the hole of the individual bypass passage 53 to the outside of the individual bypass passage 53.
If the vehicle travels without noticing this fact, or if wheel rate switching control or vehicle height control is executed, a large amount of hydraulic oil leaks outside the individual bypass passage 53. Then, the vehicle body descends to the lower limit position against the driver's will.
Therefore, the
First, the
Since the vehicle height fluctuates during the vehicle raising control and the vehicle height lowering control, it cannot be determined whether or not the vehicle height is lowered due to the hole in the individual bypass passage 53. Therefore, in this case, this determination process ends.
Next, the
When it is determined that the leveling valve 61 and the bypass valve 63 are closed and the spring switching valve 62 that is a normally open valve is open, the
When it is determined that the vehicle has not decreased more than the first threshold value, it is unlikely that the vehicle height has decreased due to a hole in the individual bypass passage 53.
On the other hand, when it is determined that the pressure value has decreased by the first threshold value or more, the
At this time, the leveling valve 61 and the bypass valve 63 are closed. Therefore, when it has not fallen more than a 2nd threshold value, it turns out that hydraulic fluid has not leaked outside from the leveling valve 61 and the bypass valve 63. FIG. That is, there is no abnormality in the leveling valve 61 and the bypass valve 63.
On the other hand, if it is lower than the second threshold value, there is a possibility that the leveling valve 61 and / or the bypass valve 63 is abnormal. That is, in this case, it cannot be determined whether there is a liquid leak from the individual bypass passage 53.
If the second threshold value has not decreased, the
Furthermore, the
Here, when the
When the
When the
