Claims (4)
- 減衰力調整通路と、
前記減衰力調整通路に並列に設けられるフェール通路と、
前記減衰力調整通路と前記フェール通路との下流に接続される下流通路と、
前記減衰力調整通路に設けたリリーフ弁と、
前記フェール通路に設けたノーマルオープンの開閉弁と、
通電時に前記リリーフ弁の開弁圧を調節するとともに前記開閉弁を閉じるソレノイドと、
前記下流通路に設けたオリフィスとを備えた
ことを特徴とする減衰弁。 - 中空部を有するハウジングを備え、
前記リリーフ弁は、前記中空部に挿入されて前記減衰力調整通路を有する筒状の第一スリーブと、前記第一スリーブ内に軸方向へ移動可能に収容されて前記第一スリーブに設けた弁座に着座可能な弁体を有する第一スプールと、前記中空部内に収容されて前記弁体を前記弁座に着座させる方向へ前記第一スプールを附勢するばねとを有し、
前記開閉弁は、前記中空部に前記第一スリーブと直列に挿入されて少なくとも前記フェール通路の一部を有する筒状の第二スリーブと、前記第二スリーブ内に収容されて前記第二スリーブに軸方向へ移動可能に案内される第二スプールとを有し、
前記第二スリーブは、前記ハウジングに対する軸方向位置を位置決める位置決め部と前記ハウジングに固定される固定部と、前記第二スリーブの前記位置決め部から前記固定部までの範囲外の位置に前記第二スプールが摺動自在に挿入されるスプール孔とを有し、
前記ソレノイドは、第二スプールを軸方向へ移動させて前記開閉弁を開閉させるとともに、前記第二スプールを介して前記第一スプールに推力を与えて前記リリーフ弁の開弁圧を調節する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の減衰弁。 - 前記フェール通路に液体の流れに抵抗を与えるフェール弁を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の減衰弁。 - シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、
前記シリンダ内に挿入されて前記ピストンに連結されるロッドと、
前記シリンダ内に前記ピストンで区画したロッド側室とピストン側室と、
タンクと、
前記ロッド側室と前記ピストン側室とを連通する第一通路に設けられて前記第一通路を開閉する第一アンロード弁と、
前記ピストン側室と前記タンクとを連通する第二通路に設けられて前記第二通路を開閉する第二アンロード弁と、
前記ピストン側室から前記ロッド側室へ向かう流れのみを許容する整流通路と、
前記タンクから前記ピストン側室へ向かう流れのみを許容する吸込通路と、
減衰力調整通路と、
前記減衰力調整通路に並列に設けられるフェール通路と、
前記減衰力調整通路と前記フェール通路との下流に接続される下流通路と、
前記減衰力調整通路に設けたリリーフ弁と、
前記フェール通路に設けたノーマルオープンの開閉弁と、
通電時に前記リリーフ弁の開弁圧を調節するとともに前記開閉弁を閉じるソレノイドと、
前記下流通路に設けたオリフィスとを備え、
前記減衰力調整通路と前記フェール通路の上流が前記ロッド側室へ接続され、前記下流通路が前記タンクに接続される
ことを特徴とするシリンダ装置。
