Abstract
Description
実施形態1に係る電磁リレー1は、図1〜6に示すように、接点部2と、駆動部3と、固定端子41と、可動端子42とを備えている。
実施形態2に係る電磁リレー1aは、図7〜9に示すように、コイル電流I3で接極子32に発生した第1磁束φ3を固定端子43の1か所(交差片433)で低減させる点で、実施形態1に係る電磁リレー1(図1参照)と相違する。なお、実施形態1に係る電磁リレー1と同様の構成要素については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (5)
- 固定接点と、
前記固定接点に対して接離する可動接点と、
コイルを含み前記コイルに流れるコイル電流によって第1磁束を発生させる電磁石装置と、
一の方向の第1端において前記第1磁束によって前記電磁石装置に接離し、前記一の方向の第2端において前記可動接点と接続されており、前記コイル電流に応じて前記可動接点を前記固定接点と接離させる接極子と、
前記固定接点に電気的に接続されている固定端子とを備え、
前記固定端子は、前記接極子が前記可動接点を前記固定接点に接触させている状態において前記接極子の前記一の方向と直交する少なくとも1つの方向から見たときに前記接極子と交差するように前記接極子の周囲に設けられており、前記固定端子に流れる通電電流によって、前記接極子に対して前記第1磁束とは反対向きとなる第2磁束を発生させる
ことを特徴とする電磁リレー。 - 前記固定端子は、前記接極子の前記一の方向と直交する2つの方向から見たときに前記接極子と交差するように前記接極子の周囲に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁リレー。
- 前記固定端子は、
前記固定接点が取り付けられている取付片と、
外部機器と電気的に接続される端子片と、
前記2つの方向のうちの第1方向から見たときに前記接極子と交差する第1交差片と、
前記第1交差片と前記端子片とを接続させ前記2つの方向のうちの第2方向から見たときに前記接極子と交差する第2交差片と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の電磁リレー。 - 前記固定端子は、前記接極子の前記一の方向と直交する1つの方向のみから見たときに前記接極子と交差するように前記接極子の周囲に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁リレー。
- 前記固定端子は、
前記固定接点が取り付けられている取付片と、
外部機器と電気的に接続される端子片と、
前記方向から見たときに前記接極子と交差する交差片と、
前記交差片と前記端子片とを接続させ前記接極子に沿って延びている接続片と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の電磁リレー。
